Zayra Gutiérrez viajará a Honduras en las próximas semanas para participar en una nueva edición de Supervivientes. La hija de Guti y Arantxa de Benito asegura que se han dicho muchas cosas de ella en los medios y que "pocas son verdad": "Es mi primera vez en televisión y vengo que veáis cómo soy", dice en su vídeo de presentación.
La hija del futbolista y la presentadora saltó a los medios de comunicación en el año 2018, nada más cumplir la mayoría de edad, y ha protagonizado muchos titulares. El más importante, sin duda, fue en 2022, cuando anunció que esperaba a su primer hijo en común con su novio, Miki Mejías, con el que lleva cuatro años de relación.[1]

Zayra's time on Supervivientes didn't get off to the best start, suddenly realising she'd accidentally brought her boyfriend Miki's passport to the airport instead of her own, with her nearly missing the flight to Honduras. Even after arriving on the island, it got worse as she was taken out of the game a few days in after experiencing back pains, having to see the doctor twice in the first week - Miki explained to host Carlos Sobera in Madrid that Zayra has had to see a physio weekly since childhood. Zayra sat out the first Reward Challenge, and was evacuated from the camp for the rest of the week.
On the Thursday night gala, Zayra returned to the island after medics cleared her to come back pending the results of tests, however by the Sunday the tests had returned an unfavourable result, with medics expecting she would need a long recovery period, and Zayra was evacuated from the game.[2] She returned to Spain the next week, and gave interviews to various magazines about other castaways.[3]
Zayra was replaced on the island by Marieta Díaz.
