Story[]

Day 37[]

Day 38[]

Day 39[]

At Final Tribal Council, Earl began his opening statement by claiming he played an honest and clean game. He also mentions how he did not want to be a rat or a snake in the game, so he tried to make moves where he did not have to sacrifice his integrity. He wraps up by stating how he did not have to win an individual immunity challenge to get there, and he wanted the respect vote rather than the sympathy vote or the underdog vote. Cassandra begins by thanking everyone on the jury and talks about how she started the game slow, but wanted to make sure everyone had someone they could talk to. She mentions being involved in an alliance, never wavering, and tried staying positive throughout the game, hoping people can respect it. Dreamz decides to mkeep it brief and get to the point. He brings up how everyone knows about his past as a result of him opening up to them. He wraps up by reiterating how they know what he would do with the money.

The jury then addresses the Final Three. Michelle was up first, who asks them what the biggest hardship or obstacle was they were faced with in the game. Dreamz mentions reliving the experience of sleeping in the dirt and being starving, which was not new to him, but the hardest thing for him was being thirsty while having to do challenges. Cassandra admits her biggest obstacle was overcoming her inability to swim. When Michelle asks if that is enough for her to win, Cassandra added it was both that and forming an alliance that were her biggest obstacles. Earl mentions being the only original Ravu member in the final three, and suffering more than anybody, both without food and going to Exile Island.

Edgardo asks Earl how he found out who from the other alliance had the Immunity Idol, and Earl responded with "Dreamz." Mookie asks Dreamz if he told anyone about the idol he found, and after Dreamz says "yes", Mookie asks if that is betrayal, to which Dreamz says it's lying. Mookie reminds them it is not the night to lie or get caught up in one. Alex tells Cassandra to describe when she grappled with maintaining her integrity, and she brings up walking in on a conversation between him and Boo about eliminating her or Dreamz, and whether or not she would walk away. Alex tells her he either caught her in a lie or she did not care and pretended to like Stacy in order to use her vote and then vote her off. Cassandra tries to explain to Alex he got the situation wrong and that Stacy can clarity, but he cuts her off and tells her to stop talking. Alex moves on to Dreamz, telling him he cheats, lies, and back-stabs to succeed, yet works with kids, and asks why he should endorse that behavior. Dreamz reminds him it is part of the game of Survivor, and it is different than if he did that in the real world.

Lisi asks Cassandra to show her water shoes, calling them "the worst-looking water shoes [she's] ever seen" and asks Cassandra if she agrees she was unprepared to play the game. Cassandra disagrees, mentioning it was day 39 and she still had her shoes. Lisi accuses her of being in over her head and making it due to greed. She moves on to Dreamz and aks him to count how many 0s in a million, and Dreamz asks her if she thinks he's stupid. Lisi reminds Earl of the show he did for the jury when they voted Yau-Man out, and asks why he looked shocked after he help vote Yau-Man out. Earl mentions he was shocked when Dreamz did not give up the immunity idol, which put him in a situation to vote him out, and she tells him he could have voted Cassandra.

Stacy tells Earl the only difference she sees ebtween him and Dreamz is that he is more sophisticated, and asks if she should base her vote on a need basis. Earl tells her they would not be playing if they did not need the million dollars, but it would change all their lives. he also mentions his complicated upbringing, but feels that should not influence the vote. Rocky asks the three of them how they manipulated the best. Cassandra's answer is that she listens to a person when they need it, and that she manipulated nobody. Dreamz's answer is that he manipulated his way to the top, putting someone else on the chopping block when he was in danger. Earl's answer is he manipulated everybody because no one thought he was playing the game. Next up is Boo, who believes Yau-Man was the greatest player, and was backstabbed by Dreamz. He asks Dreamz if he was playing the game, and Dreamz said he thought about what everyone else was doing.

The last juror to speak up was Yau-Man. He tells them he can admit to a mistake, and admits to what happened with Dreamzthe previous night was his own fault, and tells him to not feel guilty about having the truck. He gives Dreamz the chance to stand up and explain why he changed his mind, he said he did not change his mind and that he was playing the game. He then asks Earl why he would not want to take him to the net level. Earl tells him it was because he would not win, agreeing Yau-Man played the best game.

Afterwards, the jury went to vote for the winner. Ultimately, Earl won over the jury for his charismatic personality, mixed with his overall social and strategic game, in a 9-0-0 vote over Dreamz for his multiple betrayals and Cassandra for riding coattails, earning him the title of Sole Survivor.

Well, night 37 and I've been voted out. Yau is a strong competitor. He's going to be a hard person to beat, and I respect him on many different levels. It'd be funny if Dreamz still takes Immunity and keeps it. I don't think he's going to break his word, but wow, there's going to be some fireworks tomorrow.

Well, sorry, Dreamz, you did not see it fit to live up to your end of the bargain. Enjoy the truck. I am very surprised that Earl voted me out today. He must have his reasons for it. I don't understand why, but I'm glad I could hold my own and to make it this far is quite an accomplishment, and I'm very proud of it.
