Yontau began the game feeling like underdogs with something to prove. The tribe achieved early success in challenges and camp life, but clashing personalities kept them tense. Once Yontau began a losing streak, the pre-mergers were ready to blindside their own, and after continuing to turn on their original members during the swap, they entered the merge in a minority. Their tribe color is red.
