Colton: Villain or Just a Jerk?

So, last night we saw Colton turning into that same old monster we saw in One World. He couldn't take the unity, and he wants to cause hell. He is spreading rumors and lies, but they know his game. This begs the question, is he a successful villain or a common jerk? To me, a successful villain is someone who can manipulate, lie, and cause issues, but not be caught, or figured out. Colton got caught by Tina and Kat, and the whole tribe has him figured out, and it doesn't look like he stands much of a chance on this tribe. His actions are those of a stuck up snob who doesn't get what he wants, so he acts like a jerk and tries to make life hard for everyone else involved. I think he is just a jerk, but not everyone sees him that way. So, what do you say, villain or jerk?
