Ugo, le phénix de "Koh-Lanta la Légende" revient pour la 3ème fois !
L’homme de tous les défis, qui a quasiment résisté à tout lors de sa dernière aventure : à presque 40 jours de solitude sur son île des Bannis en Polynésie, il avait alors remporté 6 duels, deux immunités et l’épreuve d’Orientation, mais n’avait pas été choisi pour la Finale… Finale qu’Ugo avait déjà connue et remportée en 2012, en Malaisie. Débarqué dans Koh-Lanta à tout juste 30 ans, Ugo en a désormais plus de 40. Son fils a grandi, et il est devenu guide naturaliste, toujours au plus près de la Nature.[2]Koh-Lanta[]

Ugo was selected by Camille Sold to be a part of the Sungaï tribe. Early in the game, Ugo entered an alliance with Brice Martinet, Marie Parmentier, and Javier Rodriguez and the quartet got their way at the Sungaï tribe's first Tribal Council where previously banished contestant Élodie Sadeler was voted out. However, the alliance was blindsided when the rest of their tribemates voted out Marie at the last Tribal Council before the merge.
After the tribes merged, the original Sungaï tribe members made use of their numbers advantage and pagonged the original Mawar tribe members, with the exception of two cycles in which their targets Namadia Thaï Thaï and Thierry Villette "idoled out" Javier and Catherine Perez, respectively. Additionally, Camille was eliminated at the same time as Catherine due to them having Tied Destinies for that cycle and Charles Clément was evacuated and eliminated from the game at the Final Seven due to having become malnourished and extremely weak.
Having made it to the finale, Ugo won the Perch challenge at the Final Three and took Brice to the Final Two instead of Vanessa Alvarez. Throughout the season, Ugo and Brice had voted alike and had similar trajectories, however, Ugo was mellow and had stood out for his impressive challenge performances towards the end of the game while Brice failed at jury management during the individual phase. This contrast reflected on the Final Tribal Council, where Ugo won against Brice in a 10-1 vote.

Trivia[]
- Ugo set the record for most jury votes received by a winner of Koh-Lanta in a single season, with 10. This was later tied by Benoît Assadi.
- Ugo is the only member of the Merged Tribe in La Légende to never be a member of either Korok or Lanta-naï due to being voted out prior to said tribes being formed and returning to the game.
