Tyrone seemed to get along with the tribe, in the beginning, especially showing enthusiasm when he got a pep talk from [[Jimmy Johnson]]. Tyrone was arguably the strongest member of Espada, being the reason they won immunity on Day 6 and explaining why he didn't receive any votes before the [[Tribe Switch|tribe switch]]. After the switch, Tyrone, along with [[Dan Lembo]], [[Holly Hoffman]], and [[Yve Rojas]], remained on Espada, and despite Tyrone trying to give a warm welcome to the new members of Espada, the younger Espada members, especially [[NaOnka Mixon]], felt that he thought he was all talk. Tyrone was all right with voting off NaOnka in after she had a nervous breakdown, but [[Benry Henry]] felt that Tyrone wasn't a team player and was a bit bossy, and despite not helping prepare the chicken for dinner, Tyrone ate the most.
