Upon returning to camp, Trish and Lindsey began bickering since Trish claimed that Lindsey did nothing around camp, while Lindsey claimed that Trish was bullying her. Host [[Jeff Probst]] approached Lindsey on the beach and asked her what she wanted to do, leading Lindsey to decide to [[quit]] the game. Despite losing two members in the span of a few hours, Solana managed to win the next Immunity Challenge, though their boisterous celebrations, including yelling "Top five!" with Jefra and LJ, concerned Sarah. |

Patricia "Trish" Crowley Hegarty[1] is a contestant from Survivor: Cagayan.
Despite being pegged as the weakest member of her tribe during the First Impressions twist on Day 1, Trish came to be a power player in the game, subtly managing relationships and acting as a broker within her alliance whenever Tony Vlachos left them in the dark at several key votes. She played a major role in the blindsides of Cliff Robinson and Sarah Lacina, which were crucial in establishing the dominance of the Solana Alliance. However, she occasionally demonstrated a confrontational streak, as manifested in bitter disputes with Lindsey Ogle and Kass McQuillen. She was ultimately blindsided at the final five due to her close alliance with Tony.

During the First Impressions twist on Day 1, Trish was pegged as the weakest by Tribe Leader Sarah Lacina, and was "voted out". In reality, she was given a helicopter ride to camp, while the rest of her Aparri tribe was forced to make their way on foot. Upon her early arrival, she was given the option of choosing between a clue to a Hidden Immunity Idol or an extra bag of rice for the tribe. Not wanting to be selfish, Trish chose the extra bag of rice.
She quickly bonded with Tony Vlachos, and soon after, his ally Sarah. When Tony lied to Sarah by saying that Cliff Robinson and Lindsey Ogle were gunning for her, Sarah convinced Trish and Woo Hwang to join their alliance and throw the upcoming Immunity Challenge on Day 11 to vote Cliff out, followed by Lindsey. Cliff, however, single-handedly saved himself by winning the challenge for Aparri despite Trish, Sarah, and Woo's attempts to throw the challenge.
At the Tribe Switch on Day 12, all the Aparri members barring Sarah were switched to the new Solana tribe with original members Jefra Bland and LJ McKanas. Trish bonded with LJ when she found out that he was also from Massachusetts and started flirting with him, leading Lindsey to become suspicious of her. When Solana lost the next Immunity Challenge, Trish talked to Tony about voting out Cliff instead even though they had the numbers, reasoning that Cliff did not help out around camp and had not said a word to her since Day 1. At Tribal Council, Trish, Jefra, LJ, and Tony blindsided Cliff, shocking Lindsey and Woo. After the heated argument, Lindsey went to another part of the beach, thinking of her daughter at home and how she did not want to become violent with Trish. Host Jeff Probst approached Lindsey on the beach and asked her what she wanted to do, leading Lindsey to decide to quit the game. Despite losing two members in the span of a few hours, Solana managed to win the next Immunity Challenge, though their boisterous celebrations, including yelling "Top five!" with Jefra and LJ, concerned Sarah.
When the tribes merged into the Solarrion tribe on Day 17, Trish saw that her Solana Alliance needed Sarah's vote, but Sarah was still wary of being on the outside after the celebrations at the previous challenge. Trish saw an opportunity when she noticed Kass McQuillen having continued arguments with Sarah. Kass and Tasha Fox asked Sarah if she was willing to send home Trish or Jefra, both of whom Sarah refused to vote out because she would rather target a strong male such as LJ or Tony, neither of whom she believed to have a Hidden Immunity Idol. Realizing that Sarah was no longer on their side, Trish went to talk to Kass to convince her to go with the Solana Alliance. At Tribal Council, Kass decided to flip on her alliance and Sarah became the first member of the jury.
After LJ was blindsided by Tony and Woo on Day 25, Jefra felt insecure about Tony's deception towards everybody and confronted Trish to try to gun for him. Trish and Kass, however, were able to assuage Jefra's fears and pull her back into their alliance. Tony overheard Trish and Jefra's conversation from his spy shack, giving him the motivation to turn on Jefra. Several days later, Tony and Woo began to fear the possibility of an alliance forming between the remaining women and used the remaining minority of Tasha and Spencer Bledsoe to blindside Jefra.
Tony won the Reward Challenge on Day 34 and chose Trish to share it with him. This confirmed to Kass, Spencer, and Woo that Trish and Tony were in a tight alliance and were surprised that Tony did not pick his right-hand man, Woo. Trish overheard Kass talking about voting her out from behind their shelter and picked a heated argument with her. At Tribal Council, Kass, Spencer, Tony, and Woo all voted for Trish, while Trish voted for Kass. As Kass flipped her off on her way out, Trish became the seventh member of the jury.
At the Final Tribal Council, Trish started with Woo, asking who was the one who came up with the idea of blindsiding her. Woo admitted that he did and Trish then told Woo that she appreciated his honesty. Trish then lambasted Tony, telling him that she spent the entire game calming him down during his episodes of paranoia and convincing their other allies to stay with them. Trish also castigated Tony for swearing on his wife, child, and late father's grave, mentioning that they made a pact with her swearing on her two late brothers and that she would never go back from such a promise. Despite being hurt, Trish still voted for her long-time ally Tony to win the title of Sole Survivor.
