Timbira​ was a tribe from Survivor: Tocantins.

Timbira quickly became known for its dysfunction, due to many clashing personalities. Despite this, the tribe found their footing by winning more Immunity Challenges than the rival Jalapao tribe, entering the merge with a 6-4 advantage. However, their previous inner conflicts caused them to turn on each other, leading to their eventual extinction. Their tribe color is black.

  • Timbira is currently the first and only starting tribe to have black as their color. All other black tribes have been merged tribes.
  • The two males to be the highest ranking members of Timbira and two males to be the highest ranking members of rival tribe Jalapao would all return in a future season.
