Challenge: Slip, Slide & Score
In one-v-one rounds, the tribes must race down a slippery track to retrieve a particular color-coded numbered ball, then throw it into a basket at the end of the track to score a point. The first tribe to score six points wins.
Reward: A choice between luxury items, a duplicate set of fishing gear, and fresh fruit.

Challenge: U Pick, I Chews
Castaways would have to eat local Fijian delicacies in which they must eat all of it and show their empty mouth to finish. The first tribe to five points wins.

- This episode marks the only time that Earl receives a vote against him, which spoiled his "Perfect Game". Despite this, Earl and Jeff Probst both mistakenly said he received no votes throughout the game during the Reunion.
- This episode has the first successful split vote.
