Challenge: Sea Legs
Perched on a floating structure, castaways must stand and balance on narrow footholds. If at any point they lose their balance or fall off the structure, they are out of the challenge. The last person left standing wins.
Reward: Night away at the IKEA sleep retreat
Winner: Kristin Alston (shared with Logan Johannisen and Morgan Mitchell)
Challenge: Sacrificial Lamb
The castaways will draw rocks to be divided into two teams of four.
Stage 1: One team member will be bound and tethered to a rope, and their teammates will have to carry them through an obstacle course. The first team to finish the course moves on.
Stage 2: The four members of the winning team will compete as individuals. They will climb to the top of a tower and toss sandbags at a target, aiming to knock the target off its rail. The first person to do so wins.
