Actual Tribe Color
Yes, the background is black, but it's purple on black and I think this was also reflected by the Name, Tribe, Occupation annotations for each contestant during confessionals, and I think the color should be a very very dark purple but not pitch black, because it is not a pitch black. Compare the Text to tribes like Dangrayne or Yin Yang or even Hae Du Fang or whatever. It's not the same black, it is quite purpleish. JohnBigOz (talk) 16:39, April 2, 2015 (UTC)

Why can't this page be edited??
Can someone change the color of Merica to dark purple, like on WIki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Survivor:_Worlds_Apart.?
The color used in confessional is purple-ish, and on CBS official releases the buff was referred as 'Purple and black' and I believe very dark purple would better represent the buff as a whole, because it's pretty different from other black buffs.

When I first made the page, it was really hard to tell on my TV that the font was purple because it was so dark and their buffs being black backgrounds and purple is a big throw-off. The closest color I even see to the buff on the Wikia Hex Codes is Dark Magenta.

In these very rare cases, I refer to what PlanetBuff.com says. It stated it is black, but with purple accents. We don't want any edit wars similar to that of the damn white/gold-or-purple-black dress. IAmNothing712 (talk) 06:43, April 16, 2015 (UTC)
