Ta'alo is a tribe from Survivor South Africa: Island of Secrets. Their tribe color is purple.

Ta'alo started the game strong and united, though their early strategy centered around voting out one person due to being a source of irritation; when a twist foiled their plan, they quickly changed their target and attended a confusing Tribal Council. Ta'alo remained strong in its later two variations post-swap, but Laumei's losing streak sent two more original Ta'alos home before the merge. After the merge, the members on the Day 15 iteration of Ta'alo held the majority and controlled the early merge before the original Sa'ulas took over to dictate the end-game.

Notes: ^1 The tribes competed to collect supplies. No winner was declared for the challenge. Also, by virtue of being sent to the Island of Secrets, Cobus sat out of the challenge. ^2 Only the first tribe to finish would win immunity. Because Ta'alo finished second, they competed against Sa'ula in the next challenge for the second Immunity Idol. ^3 Tania had the choice to go back to her tribe or stay at the Island of Secrets until the tribe switch. She decided to stay, abstaining herself from Tribal Council. ^4 A Hidden Immunity Idol was played; however, no votes were cast against its user. ^5 Due to the odd number of players at the time of the tribe switch, Steffi, the odd person out, was sent to the Island of Secrets and rejoined the game as a member of Ta'alo, replacing Rocco and evening the tribes at 7-7.

• Ta'alo holds the record for being the earliest tribe in Survivor South Africa to go extinct, having its final remaining original member eliminated on Day 34 in 7th place.
