Reward Challenge: Cage Wrestling
Two members from each tribe will square off against two members of the other tribe. The first representative of each tribe will run into a trampoline fighting ring and wrestle for a wishbone rope, which they will attempt to hook on an overhead hook and score a point. If after 60 seconds no one has hooked the wishbone, the second representative will join the fight. If after two minutes no tribe has hooked a wishbone, the round is over. The tribe that wins the most out of five rounds wins.
Reward: Three live chickens.

- This is the first episode in any English-language version of Survivor where three people were eliminated on the same day.
- Overall, this is the second episode where three people were eliminated, after "This Has Never Happened Before!" in Survivor: Palau.
- Vanessa becomes the first woman to be medically evacuated from any English-language version of Survivor.
- With Roxy's elimination, Bonnie is the last female "Celeb" left in the game, and Alison is the last female member of Goma left in the game.
- Raituhn's Tribal Council is the first time in Survivor South Africa where four people received votes.
- As revealed in the following episode, this is the first time in the franchise where three people joined the jury on the same night.
- This makes Maldives the second season to have three jury members who were eliminated before the merge, after Survivor: Cook Islands.
