Survivor Québec (2025) is the third season of Survivor Québec.

Twists/Changes

• Expanded Cast: This is the first season to feature 22 contestants.
• Tribe Composition: The 22 contestants were divided into two tribes of eleven.
  • Tribe Leaders: The castaways were split by gender and asked to choose a leader, the leaders would then choose the tribes in a Schoolyard Pick. The leaders would not attend their tribe's first Tribal Council.
• Journey: On Day 4, the tribes were instructed to nominate one member to go on a journey. There they would compete against each other in a challenge. The two contestants had to choose one of these three results to play for:
  • The winner chooses a player from the other tribe to not participate in the next Immunity Challenge, while the loser cannot participate in the next Immunity Challenge.
  • The winner receives an Extra Vote usable before the merge, while the loser loses their vote at their next Tribal Council.
  • The winner receives an advantage allowing them to block two votes at any Tribal Council, while the loser loses their vote at the next two Tribal Councils.
• Vote Steal: A Vote Steal advantage was hidden in one of the tribal rewards.
• Pre-merge Individual Immunity Challenge: The tribe that lost the Day 7 Reward/Immunity Challenge would compete in an individual Immunity Challenge two days later.
• Mock Vote: On Day 10, instead of an elimination vote, the tribe that attended Tribal Council would vote to permanently send one member to a new tribe.
  • Tribe Expansion: On Day 10, the Sapa tribe was formed. The next day, the castaways were subject to a tribe expansion dividing them into three tribes of six.
  • Kidnapping: On Day 19, the Malaki tribe lost the Immunity Challenge and went to Tribal Council. The castaways who received votes were eligible for kidnap. The winners of the Immunity Challenge then had the opportunity to vote to kidnap one of the eligible players.
• Penalty Vote: The tribe that won the Day 15 Reward/Immunity Challenge would get to cast a vote as a group that would be read at the next Tribal Council. The tribe would cast a vote against a member of each of the other two tribes, which would take effect against the tribe that lost the second Immunity Challenge.
• Tribe Switch: On Day 19, a tribe switch occurred, simultaneously dissolving the Sapa tribe and dividing the castaways into two tribes of seven.
• Joint Tribal Council: On Day 22, the tribes competed in an invididual Immunity challenge, after which both tribes would attend Tribal Council. The winners from each tribe would then complete in a duel to win tribal immunity, after which they would leave Tribal Council.
• Observing: The tribe that won the Day 23 Immunity Challenge would get to send a member of their tribe to observe the losing tribe for the afternoon, where they had the opportunity to talk to the losing tribe members ahead of Tribal Council.

Ugat then cast their votes to decide which of the eligible Malaki members to kidnap. ^11 A Hidden Immunity Idol was played, negating all votes against its user. ^12 A Hidden Immunity Idol was played; however, no votes were cast against its user.
