Challenges[]
Redemption Island Duel: Pinball Wizard
Castaways will have to roll a ball up a ramp and into a plinko board. While the ball is rolling down the plinko board, they must solve a puzzle, while keeping an eye on the ball. When the ball is close to the end of the plinko board, the castaways must grab the ball and roll it back up to the top. If a castaway misses catching the ball, they must wait for the ball to roll down to the end of a chute before they can roll the ball back up the ramp and return to solving their puzzle. The first castaway to complete the puzzle wins.

Reward Challenge: Ram-Ball On
Castaways must race to balance a ball on the top of a pole while maneuvering through a series of obstacles. Along the way, they would add another section of the pole, making it harder to balance the ball as they make their way through the course. After they get past the balance beam, they would untie knots to get to a table, where they would place the ball to retrieve a key. They would then use the key to unlock a chest of sandbags and throw the sandbags at a series of bamboo targets. The first castaway to knock over all their targets wins.
Reward: Brunch with French toast, pancakes, sausages, fruit, peanut butter, and maple syrup.

Immunity Challenge: Got a Hunch
The castaways must stack blocks in a tower on an unstable table. They must pull on a rope to keep the table balanced while retrieving their blocks. The first person to stack their blocks to spell "IMMUNITÉ" (immunity) wins.
Additional Stipulation: For finding a Challenge Advantage, Christophe received a three-minute headstart.

“ | Encore une fois, je m'en allais finir deuxième, mais j'ai vécu l'expérience la plus extraordinaire de toute ma vie. Je suis tellement content pour mon nouvel ami Nicolas, qui a encore une fois gagné, c'est le roi de la rédemption. J'espère qu'il va savoir comment aller un peu plus loin avec la tribu parce qu'il va avoir une grosse cible dans le dos. Et si Nicolas est le roi de la rédemption, moi je suis le roi de la persévérance. Deux fois, j'ai tiré de l'arrière, j'ai pu revenir tel un phœnix, mais malheureusement aujourd'hui, ça n'a pas été le cas mais très fier de mon parcours ainsi. Je m'en vais dans le jury écouter attentivement tout ce qui va se dire et je laisse la chance à tout les coureurs lors du conseil final. Les critères que j'ai, c'est qu'il faut que t'aies fait un parcours, il faut que tu t'aies démarqué, faut que t'aies fait un grand coup, faut que t'aies ressorti du lot, peut-être même changer d'alliances. Le fait que JJ m'aie supporté aujourd'hui, j'ai trouvé ça fair-play, mais c'est certain que ça prend beaucoup plus que ça pour avoir mon vote. Nicolas retourne dans le camp avec une fausse immunité cachée, idée que j'avais eu sur l'Île de la Rédemption. Donc, ça veut dire qu'il y a encore un peu de Sylvain dans le jeu. Alors, s'il l'utilise, comme il faut, comme je lui ai si bien montré, il pourrait faire un bon bout de chemin. Je crois qu'à Survivor, j'ai un des parcours les plus complets. J'ai joué une première partie stratégique. Je suis revenu. Je suis reparti. Je suis revenu. J'ai eu le temps de rencontrer les deux tribus, je suis le seul à l'avoir fait. Je pense avoir joué un bon jeu social, un bon jeu physique. Je suis très fier de ce que j'ai fait. Dans la deuxième partie, c'est là que les éléments de Survivor sont arrivés, c'est-à-dire de faire son propre feu à chaque jour, son riz, dormir au sol, trouver du temps à quoi faire. Alors, tout ça ensemble fait de Survivor une expérience ultime que je vais garder pour toujours. Once again, I was going to finish second, but this was the most extraordinary experience of my whole life. I am so happy for my new friend Nicolas, who won once again; he's the king of Redemption. I hope he'll know how to stay a little bit longer with the tribe because he'll have a huge target on his back. And if Nicolas is the king of Redemption, I'm the king of perseverance. Two times, I lagged behind, and I came back like a phoenix; sadly, today, it wasn't the case, but I'm still very proud of my journey. I'm going to the jury listening closely to everything that's going to be said and I'm giving my shot to all the participants at the Final Tribal Council. The criteria I have is that you need to have a journey, you need to distinguish yourself from others, you need to have made a big move, you need to set yourself apart from the others. The fact that JJ supported me today, I consider it fair play but he for sure needs to do more than that to get my vote. Nicolas is returning to camp with a fake Hidden Immunity Idol, an idea that I got on Redemption Island. So, that means there's a little bit of Sylvain in the game. So, if he uses it like I showed him, he could stay for a while. I think that on Survivor, I had one of the most complete journeys. I played the first part strategically. I came back. I left again. I came back. I had time to meet the two tribes, I'm the only one who did this. I think I played a good social game, a good physical game. I'm really proud of what I did. In the second part, it's then that the elements of Survivor arrived, which means to make your own fire each day, your rice, sleeping on the ground, always finding something to do. So, everything made Survivor an ultimate experience that I will always remember. |

“ | Ma plus grande fierté personnelle dans le jeu de Survivor, c'est que je crois sincèrement que je suis une des seules filles qui s'est vraiment assumée, qui a joué le jeu un peu plus fort. Pour gagner Survivor, il faut prendre des risques. Parfois ça marche, parfois ça marche pas, mais au moins je les aurais pris, au moins j'aurais essayé. Définitivement, ils pensent que Nicolas n'est pas une menace, ils l'ont dit au camp. Je pense que c'est une des raisons pourquoi ils voulaient tant que Nicolas revienne pis ce qui l'aidait présentement, c'est justement le fait qu'il n'a pas l'air d'une menace. Donc, je pense qu'il va réussir à mieux se défendre à cette façon là pis à mieux les surprendre. Je me sens vraiment bien, je n'ai jamais eu autant de plaisir à faire un défi. J'étais, comme, sereine après le conseil d'hier, je suis allée le tout pour le tout, j'étais de bonne humeur, j'ai eu du plaisir pendant que je le faisais. J'ai pas gagné, je suis partie aujourd'hui, je suis officiellement éliminée, mais je repars vraiment la tête haute puis je repars en ayant eu beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup de plaisir dans cette dernière épreuve. Présentement, j'aimerais voir peut-être Kimberly ou Nicolas dans les finalistes. J'ai l'impression qu'ils ont joué un jeu tranquille pis qu'ils pourraient faire un gros coup, pis s'ils réussissent à faire ça, ils ont définitivement mon vote pour la finale. En tant que nouvelle membre du jury, j'ai envie de récompenser le jeu qui va être le plus audacieux. On le sait, il y a une alliance qui se tient, mais moi j'ai envie de voir autre chose que ça. Qui qui va avoir le courage de faire le premier gros coup, pis ça pour moi, ça va être extrêmement important pour choisir qui va gagner ce jeu-là. My biggest personal accomplishment in the game of Survivor is that I sincerely believe that I was one of the only women who really owned themselves and who had played the game a little bit harder. To win Survivor, you need to take risks. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, at least, I took those risks and at least I tried. Definitely, they think that Nicolas isn't a threat, they said it at camp. I think that's one of the reasons why they wanted Nicolas back so badly. As such, it's precisely the fact that he isn't seen as a threat that is helping him. So, I think he'll be able to defend himself better that way and surprise them well. I feel really good, I never had so much fun doing a challenge. I was at peace after yesterday's Tribal Council, I went for broke, I was in a good mood, I had fun while doing it. I didn't win, I left today, I'm officially eliminated, but I really leave with my head high and with so, so, so much pleasure at this last challenge. Right now, I would maybe love to see Kimberly or Nicolas among the finalists. I feel like they have played a quiet game and that they could make a big move, and if they succeed, they'll definitely get my jury vote. As a new member of the jury, I want to reward the game that was the boldest game. We know, there's an alliance that's staying strong, but for me, I want to see something other than that. Who will have the strength to make the first big move? That will be extremely important for me when deciding who wins this game. |

“ | La défaite de ce soir a fait très mal. J'ai souri parce que je suis content, j'ai tellement vécu une belle aventure. J'ai grandi là-dedans, mais je déteste perdre pis toutes les épreuves que j'ai perdues, j'étais vraiment en maudit après chaque épreuve. Puis là, me faire éliminer ce soir sans rien avoir vu aller, c'est sûr que mon cœur en ce moment, il bat à 100 miles à l'heure. Chris, pour vrai, je ne m'en attendais vraiment pas qu'il allait me blind-sider. Je suis un petit peu sous choc par rapport à Chris. Je suis extrêmement déçu parce qu'on s'était promis beaucoup de choses, mais je veux dire là c'est le compétiteur en moi aussi qui parle qui faut qu'il avale la pilule de qu'est-ce qui vient de se passer. Je crois qu'il va falloir que je sépare le jeu et les discussions amicales humaines qu'on a eues pendant tout le jeu, mais je vais ramener sur terre vite puis ma rancune ne parlera pas pour mon vote dans le jury, ça c'est certain. Le dernier conseil, j'avais dit que je voulais aller en finale avec Chris et Karine, mais c'est sûr que, aussitôt que Kim a entendu ça, elle l'a pas pris puis elle a un très bon caractère, Kim. Donc, je suis surpris quand même qu'elle ait initié tout ce blindside-là, mais en même temps, elle a le caractère pour la faire, elle a la force pour la faire, mais je suis vraiment, vraiment étonné qu'elle ait pu convaincre Christophe d'embarquer dans ce plan-là. Moi, je crois que Karine était zéro au courant du plan contre moi, puis elle, elle a joué selon qu'est-ce qu'on avait prévu, mais je suis certain que si Karine avait été au courant de ce plan-là, elle n'aurait pas joué son immunité sur Chris, elle l'aurait joué sur moi, ça, c'est sûr, à 100 %. J'étais une très grosse menace pour eux, puis c'est exactement pour ça qu'ils m'ont sorti. Plus que l'aventure allait, plus que je prenais confiance, pis plus que, d'après moi, le jury allait m'aimer. Dans les épreuves, j'étais très fort depuis le début. Le jury, il attendait ce gros coup-là depuis longtemps, donc ils l'ont eu ce soir avec moi. Mes critères en tant que membre du jury, moi, c'est sûr que je vais noter la loyauté. Donc, c'est certain que, ce soir, ils ont perdu des points par rapport à ça. Mon objectif était de me créer un duo que je pouvais avoir confiance jusqu'à la fin. Je l'ai fait avec Chris. C'était d'avoir des alliances majoritaires tout au long de l'aventure. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je l'ai toujours fait. Faque, mes objectifs sont atteints pis je suis venu ici chercher de la confiance en moi. Puis ça, ma barre était à 1 quand j'étais arrivé puis, en ce moment, elle est à 8. Donc, j'ai gagné sur toute la ligne Survivor, peu importe qu'est-ce qui s'est passé ce soir. J'ai tellement hâte de voir ma femme. Ça fait 23 ans que je suis avec. C'est la première fois en 23 ans qu'on se sépare aussi longtemps. Mes deux enfants, j'ai hâte de les voir. Ils vont tellement être fiers de moi, de tout ce que j'ai accompli ici. Je me suis battu du début à la fin et ils vont être extrêmement fiers. J'ai tellement hâte de les prendre dans les bras, c'est incroyable. Tonight's defeat hurt a lot. I smiled because I'm happy, I had such a great adventure. I grew in it, but I hate losing and all the challenges I lost, I was really pissed after each event. Then, to be eliminated this evening without having seen anything happen, it's certain that my heart at the moment is beating at 100 miles an hour. Chris, to be honest, I really didn't expect that he was going to blindside me. I'm a little bit in shock concerning Chris. I'm extremely disappointed because we had promised each other a lot of things, but I mean it's the competitor in me who is also speaking saying he has to swallow the pill of what just happened. I believe I'm going to have to separate the game and the friendly human discussions that we had throughout the game, but I'm going to rebound quickly and my resentment won't speak for my vote in the jury, that is certain. The last Tribal Council, I said that I wanted to go to the final with Chris and Karine, but it's certain that, as soon as Kim heard that, she didn't take it and she has a very good character, Kim. So, I'm still surprised that she initiated this blindside, but at the same time, she has the character to do it, she has the strength to do it, but I'm really, really surprised that she was able to convince Christophe to get on board with this plan. I believe that Karine was completely unaware of the plan against me and she played according to what we had planned, but I am certain that if Karine had been aware of this plan, she wouldn't have played her immunity idol on Chris, she would have played it on me, that's for sure, 100%. I was a very big threat to them and that's exactly why they took me out. The more the adventure went, the more I gained confidence and the more, in my opinion, the jury was going to like me. In the challenges, I was very strong from the start. The jury had been waiting for this big move for a long time, so they got it tonight with me. My criteria as a member of the jury, I will definitely note loyalty. So, it’s certain that, tonight, they lost points regarding that. My goal was to create a duo that I could trust until the end. I did it with Chris. It was to have majority alliances throughout the adventure. Until today, I have always done it. So, my goals have been achieved and I came here to look for self-confidence. Before, my bar was at a 1 when I arrived then, at the moment, it is at an 8. So, I won on the whole Survivor line, no matter what happened this evening. I can't wait to see my wife. I've been with her for 23 years. This is the first time in 23 years that we have been separated for this long. My two children, I can't wait to see them. They are going to be so proud of me, of everything I have accomplished here. I fought from start to finish and they will be extremely proud. I can't wait to hold them, it's incredible. |
