Redemption Island Duel: Tromp Stomp
Each castaway will use a grappling hook to retrieve three bags of balls. Once they have retrieved the balls, they will stomp on a catapult to launch the balls into five baskets. The first two castaways to get one ball in each basket stay in the game.
Reward: The first-place finisher gets a 15-minute conversation with any of the castaways left in the main game. They also get to share a jug of lemonade.
Winners (in order of finish): Nicolas Brunette (chose to speak to Karine Lavigne-Fortin) and Sylvain Béland

Reward Challenge: Fire and Rain
Partnered up with their loved ones, the castaways will be stationed at a scale with a bucket to start a fire in one side and a pail with a hole on the other; meanwhile, their loved ones will assist them by collecting fire-starting materials. The castaways first start a fire in the fire bucket. Then, once the flame is sustainable, the castaways fill the water bucket with water from a nearby river or ocean. When there is enough water, the weight of it lifts the fire bucket up to reach a fuse. The first castaway to light their fuse, igniting a fire at the top of the scale, wins the challenge.
Reward: Family visit.

Immunity Challenge: Vertigo
The castaways start on a tall perch where they have to gather water with a bucket and a long rope. Then, the water must be poured into a chute, which causes a pole with a key at the top to rise. Once the castaway is able to reach the key, they must swim back to shore. Only the first three people to get back to shore may proceed to work on solving a block puzzle. The first person to complete the puzzle wins.

Final Words

	Maryse	“	J’aurais pas pu espérer mieux comme fin que celle-ci. Hier, je suis partie du conseil le cœur gros, les larmes... ça coulaient comme un robinet. J’avais peur de quitter l’aventure sur une note négative qui ne me représentait pas nécessairement, mais aujourd’hui, mission accomplie. Je pars avec un sourire. Je me suis dépassée. J’ai été déçue que Sylvain me rattrape, mais mes larmes se sont tout de suite tassées pour laisser place à une fierté énorme. Je pars vraiment avec de la paix d’esprit pis un gros sourire en fait. Premier moment dont je vais me rappeler toute ma vie, c’est le défi de duel où j’ai sacré Marika à l’eau. Deuxième moment marquant, c’est le dernier vote avant la fusion où Martine et moi, on était toutes les deux en danger. Je me suis vraiment battue avec mon cœur et ça l’a porté fruit et c’est grâce à ces belles paroles là que j’ai pu conserver ma place dans l’aventure. Faque, ça va me marquer parce que ça l’a été moi, pis ça l’a été du plus profond de mon cœur que je les ai vécu. Faque, c’est pour ça que je vais m’en rappeler jusqu’à ma mort. Je trouve ça quétaine moi le monde, d’habitude, après une émission qui disent : « Ah, ça m’a changé ». Mais là, je le vis et après plus d’un mois en survie avec des inconnus, ça l’a toute changé. Je suis comme une Maryse 2.0. Déjà que je m'appréciais à ma juste valeur et que je connaissais mes forces pis le courage dont j’ai toujours fait preuve, mais là, je veux crier sur toutes les toits que je suis fier de moi et que ça l’a vraiment été une aventure à mon image. Faque, voici Maryse 2.0, après Survivor Québec. I couldn’t have hoped for a better ending than this. Yesterday, I left Tribal Council with a heavy heart, tears were flowing down like out of a faucet. I was afraid of leaving the adventure on a bad note that wasn’t really representing me, but today, mission accomplished. I’m leaving with a smile. I surpassed my expectations. I was disappointed that Sylvain caught up, but my tears were quickly replaced with an enormous sense of pride. Really, I leave here with a peace of mind and a big smile. The first moment that I’ll remember for the rest of my life was the challenge where I threw Marika in the water. The second highlight was the last vote before the merge where Martine and I were both in danger. I really fought with my heart and it really showed and it was with those beautiful words that I was able to stay alive in this game. So, it will stick with me because it was me and it was from the bottom of my heart that I experienced them. So, this is why I will remember this until the day I die. I think it’s corny when people, usually, after a show, say, “Ah, it changed me.” But now, I’m living it and after more than a month surviving with strangers, it changed everything. I’m like a Maryse 2.0. I already appreciated myself for my just value and I knew my strengths and the courage I always showed, but now I want to shout from the rooftops that I’m proud of myself and that it was really an adventure to my image. So, this is Maryse 2.0 after Survivor Québec.	”

Je savais qu'ils ne changeraient pas d'idée, mais mon but c'était au moins d'essayer de les faire réfléchir un peu plus. Je vais aller jusqu'au bout de ce jeu-là pis c'est tant pis pour eux. Tribal Council tonight was predictable enough. You know, I saw it coming. I knew they wouldn't change their minds, but my goal was to try to make them think a little harder. I'm going to go all the way in this game and it's their loss.	”
