This is the premiere cycle of Survivor México (2022), covering episodes 1 to 3.

Story[]

Day 1[]

The castaways were marooned and competed in two challenges, where the Jaguares tribe obtained the majority of supplies over the Halcones tribe. After the challenges, host Carlos "Warrior" Guerrero asked each tribe to vote for the weakest member, which lead to Javier Ceriani (Halcones) and Catalina Blanco (Jaguares) to be sent to a different part of the island. In there, they had to deal with a dilemma: a clue to a Hidden Immunity Idol or a toolkit for their tribe, choosing the former.

Day 2[]

In the Jaguares tribe, Catalina and Rogelio Torres looked for the Hidden Immunity Idol.

Day 2[]

While searching for firewood for the campfire, Nahomi Mejía finds the Hidden Immunity Idol of the Halcones tribe.
Nahomi
I found the idol. It was something unplanned, I was looking for wood, because I do worry about running out of wood, I picked up a wood and there was a coconut, so I removed it and something green came out, I mean, a very green leaf caught my attention, and it was the idol. I don't know, I don't know if it is something good or something bad.

Voting Confessionals[]

Voting Confessionals are translated from Spanish into English. Karim was shown with Salime's name on the parchment.

Nahomi
(voting against Karim) I am going to vote for this person because, in the last competition, I don't know if he didn't listen well or didn't pay attention, but he did everything wrong and his attitude is a bit arrogant... with me, so... For Karim.
Salime
(voting against Tefi) I am going to vote for this person because I feel that, aside from the fact that I feel that she is not very helpful in the shelter, I feel that she is slowing us down and that she is also not having a good time.
Javier
(voting against David G.) My vote is for... I feel that he has given me nothing, that he expresses nothing, that he is just comfortable, and I don't see him as a leader.
