After 198 days, Sakis Katsoulis defeated Ilias Bogdanos in a public vote to become the Sole Survivor.

- Diasimoi vs. Machites: The contestants were divided into two tribes based on their occupations and degree of success in life.
- Tribe Switch: At the original final nineteen, and at the final sixteen, the tribes were switched into two new tribes.
