After 42 days, Konstantinos Christodoulakis defeated Anna Mazour in a unanimous 3-0 jury vote to become the Sole Survivor.

Twists/Changes

• Battle of the Sexes: During the early stages of the game, the tribes were divided by gender. North Team consisted of all men, and South Team consisted of all women.
• Gkoal: Whenever a contestant was voted out, they would be sent to Gkoal. On Gkoal, they would compete in challenges for a spot to come back into the game.
• Final Tribal Council: Two finalists faced a jury of seven, with any juror having the right to abstain from voting.
