Survivor Greece-Turkey: Panama is the third season of Survivor Greece and the second season of Survivor Türkiye.
After 52 days, Derya Durmuşlar from Turkey defeated Amfikratis Zachariadis from Greece in a final challenge to become the Sole Survivor.

Twists/Changes[]
- Greece vs. Turkey: For the first time in either series, the castaways were divided into tribes by their country of residence. Ellada consisted of castaways from Greece, and Türkiye consisted of castaways from Turkey.
- Tiebreaker: If a tied vote occurred at Tribal Council, a duel would occur the day after the tied vote between the people involved in the tie. The loser would be eliminated.
- No Merge: Unlike most seasons of the franchise, no merge ever occurred.
- One World: At the final twelve, both tribes were sent to live on the same beach. Both tribes' members would cast votes at Tribal Council, but the votes would be read from separate urns, and the tribes remained officially separated.
- Elimination Duels: At the final eight, both tribes competed in a duel. The losing castaway on each tribe would be eliminated.
- Representation: The Final Two had to be members of different tribes.
- Public Vote: At the final four, each castaway made an appeal to the public from their country of residence as to why they should be their country's representative at the Final Two. The castaway who received the fewest public votes from their tribe's country would be eliminated.
- Final Challenge: The Final Two competed in a final challenge, where the winner would be crowned the Sole Survivor.
