This is the third episode of Survivor: Pulau Tiga.

Story

Day 8

At Helang, alliances are starting to form among the younger players (Charlotte, Uzma, and Adrian) and the older players (Jayne, James, and Andy), with Simon in the middle.

In the Reward Challenge, Eve, Pete, Adrian, and Andy sit out.

Day 9

After winning the Immunity Challenge, Ular spends the afternoon racing hermit crabs.

Day 10

Helang catches rats and crabs.

Challenge: T Shirts on a Log
Five members of each tribe will swim out to a log, on which five T-shirts are placed; each of the T-shirts bears a letter of the alphabet. They will each take one of the T-shirts, put them on, and arrange themselves to spell as many words as they can in 3 minutes. The tribe that spells more words after 3 minutes wins.
Reward: Canned food and fishing equipment.
Winner: Ular

Challenge: Underwater Treasure Chest
The tribes must work together to carry a buried treasure chest back to shore. The first tribe to put their treasure chest on the platform and have all their members' hands on it wins.

Simon's, Jayne's, and Andy's voting confessionals were revealed during Uzma's final words.

	Uzma	“	(voting against James) I'm only voting for you James because I know you won't be offended.	”

	Adrian	“	(voting against Jayne) She hasn't made a difference in the last three days, she's just given up.	”

	James	“	(voting against Uzma) She knows her time is up.	”

	Simon	“	(voting against Uzma) She's a cracking lady but is lacking in terms of the physical abilities we need for the next few challenges.	”

	Jayne	“	(voting against Uzma) It was time. I made a commitment to the group and I think she's ready to go.	”

	Andy	“	(voting against Uzma) I had considered tactical voting this evening but I can't be sure how the vote will go.	”

Final Words

	Uzma	“	The team needed to gel together, it needed to have the right people there with the right, um, mental attitude and I think mind has fizzled away. [...] Really everybody should've voted for me but obviously, there's some people that didn't want me to go. [...] They're all very wonderful people and, um, they just really need to get it together and win the further challenges. [...] I just hope that one of our team win the the million.	”
