Challenges

Immunity Challenge: Fire Spirits
Tribes must guide a raft along a path and light a series of torches along the way. Throughout the challenge, tribe members must have a hand touch the raft at all times. Upon reaching shore, the tribe must lit the remaining torches before setting their side of the fire spirit ablaze. The first tribe to set fire on their side of the fire spirit wins the challenge.

	Jackie	“	(voting against Nick) I'd like to vote Nick off because the other members of the team and I can't let our fires burn while he's on the island, because he's such a control freak.	”

	Eve	“	(voting against Nick) Your dictatorial approach is stifling the rest of the tribe and not letting our strengths come out.	”

	Sarah	“	(voting against Nick) Because I believed him to be a threat to my existence on the island.	”

	Zoe	“	(voting against Nick) Sorry, mate, you took a little bit too much control too early. You're weaving quite a tangled web. Don't trust anybody.	”

Final Words

	Nick	“	I think certain parts of, you know, my city life, like my life off the island. did take over at places, and got, you know, mixed up in the adventure, rather than concentrating on the end point, which was to win a million pounds. Yeah, I may have pushed people too hard at several stages, um, but for me it was to get life as comfortable as possible, as soon as possible. In the last day or so, I began to let people to do their own thing more and more. If it had been up to me, we would have done an awful lot more and we would have been even, you know, more comfortable. The, uh, the person I feel, um, was actually a turncoat was Richard.	”
