Koh-Lanta

Stéphane was selected by Bruno Troester to be a part of the Sambor tribe. The Sambor tribe lost many challenges, though Stéphane found himself secure early on with Benoît Assadi, Candice Boisson, Lau Émilien, and, eventually, Julie Navarro-Camilleri, allowing for him to survive all of the Sambor tribe's Tribal Councils. Additionally, Stéphane got along with tribe captain Bruno and the pair became tight after the tribes merged. Going into the merge, Stéphane and the other five second Sambor tribe members found themselves against seven second Naga tribe members. Only needing one person to flip in order to gain a majority, the second Sambor tribe members tried to recruit Ludivine Wiart into their alliance since she was originally a member of the Sambor tribe, but she did not budge as she felt fully incorporated into the second Naga tribe members' alliance. Thanks to Jean-Luc Duboscq having tipped them off the cycle prior, the second Sambor tribe members were aware that Jesta Hillmann and Jérémy Raffin were somewhat on the outs of the Naga tribe, but they erroneously believed that Sandrine Bouzekri had cast a black vote against Jérémy after her elimination. Missing an opportunity to work with the pair, the second Sambor tribe members voted against Jérémy at the merged tribe's first Tribal Council based on their false assumption. Conversely, the second Naga tribe members voted out Lau in a close 7-6 vote. Though it seemed that the remaining second Sambor tribe members would be pagonged by the second Naga tribe members at this point, Benoît used his newly found Golden Ring to "idol out" Béryl Libault de la Chevasnerie at the Final Twelve and Jesta and Jérémy joined the second Sambor tribe members in blindsiding Alexandra Pharisien at the Final Eleven, allowing for the former group to turn the tables. At the Final Seven, Stéphane felt threatened by Candice's potential at the looming Perch challenge and decided to make a move. Stéphane made plans with Bruno and Ludivine to vote out Candice right before the finale at the end of the following cycle, though bizarrely, he also approached Freddy Bolzer, informing him that he would be the contestant eliminated at the end of the current cycle and asking him to cast his black vote against Jesta as a favour. Unfortunately for Stéphane, Jesta overheard and caught wind of both of these conversations and relayed this information back to Candice. With Jesta having gotten closer to Benoît and Candice over the previous few cycles, the trio contemplated targeting Stéphane for his sloppy strategizing rather than Freddy as planned. At Tribal Council, they chose to turn on Stéphane while Stéphane, Bruno, and Ludivine voted against Freddy. Thanks to Freddy voting against Stéphane out of self-preservation and Jérémy's black vote against Freddy taking effect, the votes were tied and a revote took place. No one changed their vote on the revote, but the black vote did not carry over, so Stéphane was eliminated from the game.
