Koh-Lanta[]
A member of the all-female Chapera tribe, Sophie became close with Linda Alario and SL and the trio teased and criticized Catherine Ehret-Mader due to her charisma, appearance, and demeanour. In response, Nathalie Lapicque and Vicky Lemarié defended Catherine against the girls and the three eventually formed a voting bloc with Amélie Grégoire and Odile Héritier. After losing the second Immunity Challenge, Sophie was voted out by the majority five as she was seen as the ringleader of the trio.
When Vidéli Dittmar was evacuated and eliminated from the game on Day 10 because his heel wound was worsening, Sophie returned to the game on the Mogo tribe in his place. Because a tribe switch had occurred, the Mogo tribe was no longer all-male. With Linda and SL reuniting with Sophie and their newfound alliance with Jean-Bernard de Cools and Guillaume Brauer, it seemed that Catherine would be going home when the Mogo tribe lost the third Immunity Challenge. However, Jean-Bernard and Guillaume weren't trustworthy of Linda and SL and SL had earned the ire of her tribemates, including Linda and Sophie, because they felt that her nastiness towards Catherine had crossed a certain line. Therefore, at the corresponding elimination, SL was voted out unanimously. In spite of Linda and Sophie voting with Catherine to eliminate SL and, two cycles later, Jean-Bernard, the relationship between the pair and Catherine did not improve and they formed a new alliance with Philippe Bordier against Guillaume and Catherine.
Before the merge, Philippe and Romuald Lafite represented their respective tribes as Ambassadors after competing in a Hero Challenge that Philippe won for reward. Philippe quickly offered Guillaume's name as the Ambassadors' vote for the first merge elimination, to which Romuald agreed. Over time, Philippe felt that Guillaume was worthy to stay in the game and regretted his decision at the Ambassadors' Meeting, but it was too late. After failing to win the first individual Immunity Challenge, Guillaume was eliminated at the first merge elimination, receiving other votes from the majority of the second Chapera tribe members, who wanted to make it to the final five together, and even Catherine, who realized that Guillaume was emotionally drained and would benefit from leaving the game.
In spite of Linda and Philippe themselves voting for Catherine, they and Sophie saw her flip on Guillaume as treacherous to the second Mogo tribe members. Over the next few days, many of the contestants became ill. Many of the second Chapera tribe members blamed their sickness on eating the moray eel that Raphaël Andrès had caught earlier, but Linda, Philippe, and Sophie used this to their advantage and convinced Raphaël that his allies were being ungrateful of him. Despite this, Raphaël didn't budge from his alliance that now included Catherine as an affiliate and Linda was voted out next. The loss of Linda resulted in Sophie and Catherine arguing more than ever before. To make things worse for Sophie, she injured her finger at the next Reward Challenge. However, when Odile was evacuated and eliminated from the game on Day 26 due to persisting illness, Linda returned to the game in her place with immunity at the upcoming elimination. Linda happily reunited with Sophie and they argued with Catherine some more, with the latter mentioning that she was furious that two of her biggest enemies in the game, of all people, were given second chances. Sophie was the next intended target of Catherine and the majority alliance because of her injured finger and because Linda was immune, but she and Linda argued to the majority alliance that Catherine did not actually deserve to go any further because of her consistent weakness in challenges. With this, the majority alliance realized that tensions between Linda, Sophie, and Catherine would end right away and the camp would be peaceful if Catherine were eliminated next, so all of Catherine's tribemates, except for Alban Mbossoro, voted out Catherine at the next elimination.
At the next Reward Challenge, Amélie and Sophie, whose relationship up until then was only worsening, preventing each other from getting through an obstacle and both were eliminated in the first round. In their scuffle during the challenge, Amélie had hurt Sophie's injured finger with her foot. After failing to win the next Immunity Challenge, Sophie was eliminated and became the third jury member.
At the Final Tribal Council, Sophie voted for Philippe, who won in a unanimous 7-0 vote.
