Shannon Quinn is a contestant from Survivor New Zealand: Nicaragua.

Shannon started off in a comfortable position in the Hermosa Tribe, being well-liked by everyone. After a tribe swap, Shannon was exiled to Redemption Island and eventually joined the new Hermosa tribe after her former ally, Georgia, was voted off. She was desperately scrambling and was grateful for how well the tribe treated her despite being on the bottom. With a bit of luck, Shannon made merge and decided to align with Sala and his alliance to blindside Lee and Mike. However, after Jak was voted off, Shannon became target number one and was voted off the following Tribal Council and lost her first Redemption Island duel to Mike and Jak. She Placed 8th.

How would you describe yourself? Super enthusiastic, competitive and a little bit gumby.
Why are you doing Survivor? I'm a huge fan of the show and I really want to challenge myself and see how far I can go.
What did you do to prepare? Lots of running, swimming, weights and eating! I also binge-watched past Survivor series to get an idea of strategies that could work for me.
What are your pet peeves? Burping!
What's your strategy? Work hard, win challenges and gain everybody's trust. The weaker players tend to go first – until the merge, and then the strongest become the targets.
