Sea Legs (also known as Set Adrift, Balance of Power, Dragon Riderand Bermuda Triangle) is a recurring physical endurance challenge that debuted in Survivor: Marquesas and has since reappeared in Pearl Islands, Panama, China, Caramoan, and Cambodia.
Rules
Each player must balance on a floating platform at sea for as long as possible. Additional rule stipulations may require the contestants to remain in a specific position (such as a crouch, as seen in Pearl Islands) or may increase the difficulty by increments (as seen in Panama, Caramoan and Cagayan). The last person left standing wins immunity.
An additional stipulation in Cambodia forced any castaway who made it to the third and final stage to balance with only one foot, similar to the deal made between Brenda and Andrea in Caramoan.
History
In Survivor: Marquesas, the challenge was the first after the merge and Kathy won.
In Survivor: Pearl Islands, the castaways had to balance on a platform at sea using only hands and feet. Lillian won the Final Immunity Challenge.
In Survivor: Panama, the challenge was the Final Immunity Challenge. The castaways would balance on a larger platform and every fifteen minutes change for a minor. Terry fell first, then Aras made a deal with Danielle to be taken to the final 2 if he let her win the challenge.
In Survivor: China, the contestants needed to balance on an unsteady water-filled barrel over a swamp for as long as possible as the water slowly drains out. Courtney outlasted Frosti to win immunity. Courtney's barrel didn't even budge.
In Survivor: Caramoan, after balancing for over two and a half hours, Andrea and Brenda made an agreement to stay on top of the platform with one leg to decide who would win. Brenda fell and Andrea won immunity and a clue for the Hidden Immunity Idol.
In Survivor: Cagayan, the contestants had to stand on triangular shaped platforms. After 15 minutes the contestants had to move to the next highest foothold. The challenge intensified after 30 minutes when the castaways had to balance on the top of the platform. In the end, Woo beat Tony to win individual immunity.
In Survivor: Cambodia the challenge reappeared under the same format as in Survivor: Caramoan and Survivor: Cagayan. At some point during the challenge, Jeff Probst offered the contestants an advantage in the game if they jump off their platforms. Stephen Fishbach outswam Spencer Bledsoe, earning the advantage. In the end, Joe Anglim beat Abi-Maria Gomes to win individual immunity.

Trivia
- Despite the many renditions of this challenge, the most recent versions have been triangular with increments that become more difficult.
- This version is seen in Survivor: Caramoan, Survivor: Cagayan, and Survivor: Cambodia.
- This challenge has only been used as an individual Immunity Challenge.
- Survivor: Caramoan and Cambodia are the only seasons to have the challenge appear and not have it be the opening or final individual Immunity Challenge.
- Spencer Bledsoe and Tasha Fox are the only castaways to compete in this challenge twice and lost both times.
