The Salvation Ceremony is a key element of the elimination cycle on Supervivientes. It takes place every Tuesday and/or Thursday.
The nominated castaways will each occupy a post on a board in the sea. Occasionally castaways may have to hold on to a post or something else where they can be shown one by one if they are saved, or may have to face their final eviction at the Palapa later.
One by one, the on-location host will release a saved castaway and they may swim back to the island and rejoin the game. The two contestants left will then be voted on by the audience, and the result revealed at the Palapa on Thursday night.
