Running the Show is the tenth episode of Survivor: South Pacific.
Story
Day 25
After Tribal Council, the entire tribe gathered around Coach, and Coach explained that Jim was a "difficult" kind of person and that Dawn and Whitney are part of the family and this is one tribe. Later on, Coach revealed that he knew that he had to make sure that the people on the bottom didn't feel like they were on the bottom in order to suppress any chance of a rebellion. Jim, Keith, and Ozzy competed in just the second duel in Redemption Island history where only the winner (1st-place finisher) would survive and more that one person would be eliminated; in this case, 2. All 3 contestants got settled relatively easily. Brandon cheered for Jim and Whitney cheered for Keith, but no one cheered for Ozzy. Jim would be the first one to drop out, and he was furious about it. After the intensity increased to a boiling point, Keith dropped out as well. So Jim became the 1st and Keith became the 2nd member of the jury. Ozzy then revealed that he felt more at home on Redemption Island as opposed to the main game since there wasn't the stress of having to vote people off.
Day 26
Day 27
After Sophie won immunity on Day 27, Jeff said that there would be a twist at the following Tribal Council. Albert tried to formulate a plan to blindside Edna using outsiders Dawn and Whitney, Cochran (who is at the bottom of the Upolu alliance), and Sophie, Albert's closest ally. However Coach caught wind of the plan and reminded his alliance that there would be no mercy towards anyone who voted against their alliance. Albert did not pull through on his plan and Dawn would be voted off 7-2. However, due to the twist, a second vote would occur that Tribal Council following a short Immunity Challenge consisting of survival trivia. Rick, Albert, and Edna lost in the first round. Brandon and Cochran lost in the second round. Coach lost in the third round, leaving only Sophie to prevent Whitney from winning immunity. The next question decided the winner and Sophie won her second individual Immunity Challenge of the season, and interestingly on the same day. With Whitney vulnerable, the Upolu alliance completed their mission of dominating the rival alliance by voting Whitney off 7-1.
