Rogue Rubin is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villains.
Declaring openly her belief that her fellow tribemates were not Heroes in the same way that she was, Rogue alienated herself from her tribe with her confrontational attitude. At her only Tribal Council, Rogue requested that her tribe vote her out. The tribe granted her wish and eliminated her in 20th place.

If anyone can handle the pressure of playing Survivor, it's film maker and animal activist Rogue. She is a passionate advocate for animal conservation, particularly lions. She spent six years working undercover in Africa filming a documentary about poachers and trophy hunters while pretending to be one herself.
Her work as a film maker has given her great insight into people's behaviours and believes these skills will help her play Australian Survivor: Heroes V Villains, saying, "I'm perfect to play this game because I find people absolutely fascinating. I know that the heart of everything comes down to the person, their reasons, their motivations, and their tiny nuances of how they speak, look, react. It's always a lot more about listening than it is about talking."
Hoping her experience and work can inspire other young women to feel capable of making a difference, Rogue is not here to let the Villains win.
"In the game of Survivor, why would you ever want to be a Villain? Someone who has done something heroic should win it. I think being with a bunch of strangers is exciting to meet and interact with people I would never normally have the opportunity to know. What amazing stories and experiences we might share. I'm not a huge fan of the hangry situation but let's see what happens."[1]
Australian Survivor[]
For her animal activism, Rogue entered the season as a member of the Heroes tribe. Almost immediately after arriving to camp, Rogue began to unknowingly irritate her tribemates with uncomfortable conversations and insensitive comments, alienating her from the entire group. However, Rogue remained safe through the first three Tribal Councils due to the Heroes' strength in Immunity Challenges.
By Day 9, Rogue had grown to be such an irritant to the Heroes that Hayley Leake led the tribe in throwing that day's Immunity Challenge with the goal of eliminating her. While the entire tribe initially agreed with this plan, Shaun Hampson secretly considered saving Rogue by flipping the votes to eliminate returning-winner Hayley instead.
At Tribal Council, Rogue publicly declared that she believed not everyone on the tribe was worthy of the title of a "hero", resulting in an argument with Paige Donald and Nina Twine, the latter of whom urged her not to make presumptions about her tribemates. Recognizing why the tribe took issue with her, a guilt-ridden Rogue then shockingly asked to be the one voted out. In the end, the Heroes granted her request in a 7-4-1 split vote between her and Gerry Geltch.
