Known for his constant browbeating of Anthony Robinson, Rocky's short temper and egotistical nature constantly caused disharmony within his tribe. Due to his obliviousness to this, he was voted out shortly after the Tribe Switch.

Survivor[]
At the beginning of the game before tribes were formed, Rocky's appearance and accent caused the Rocky nickname to be created. He was one of the most vocal players in the game, particularly at night when he was annoyed with Dreamz's ramblings. Despite being on the weaker of the two tribes, Rocky kept himself safe by being actively involved in most of the major alliances and decisions. He quickly found himself in two sub alliances, one with Mookie and another with Jessica and Erica. He reluctantly had to let his original ally Jessica deBen get voted out first after Mookie and Earl felt Rita Verreos was the stronger player, but he would be able to stay in a good position. Unfortunately, his attitude caused him to rub his tribemates the wrong way. The constant losing streak drove him nearly to a breaking point, suggesting "Why don't we just call Jeff on the Jeff phone and vote someone else off?". He developed a rivalry with Anthony Robinson due to their polar opposite personalities. Despite this, he kept Anthony in the game on Day 14 since he had unfinished business and this time successfully voted out Rita.
After the switch, he remained on the desolate Ravu but seemingly inherited a stronger, all male tribe. He quickly bonded with new members Dreamz Herd (despite their status as challenge rivals), Edgardo Rivera, and Alex Angarita. Anthony was the odd one out since he was the clear weakest player physically on this new tribe. This glaring disparity only heightened Rocky's irritability towards him. Both Anthony and Rocky openly targeted each other in an attempt to persuade the original Moto faction to side with them. Anthony was viewed as more docile and helpful around camp but Rocky was more valuable in challenges and due to his relationship with Mookie. This feud reached its climax at Tribal Council where Rocky criticized Anthony's timidness and inability to defend himself, only for Anthony to finally retaliate. Fortunately for Rocky, that was too little too late and Anthony was voted out unanimously.
Ravu (particularly Mookie and Rocky) would finally win a Reward Challenge, but Rocky kept finding ways to complain and cause tension such as with Edgardo and Alex complaining about not feeling well after eating too much food at the reward. Despite being stronger than new tribemate Lisi, the original Moto faction grew weary of Rocky's attitude. Ravu's inability to win Immunity Challenge contributed, with Rocky and Lisi the targets. Though Rocky was aware that he had lost control of the tribe, he remained confident that the men would stick together. Although Mookie Lee tried to save Rocky since he feared Ravu were being picked off, the former Moto spared Lisi Linares and voted out Rocky, with him becoming the first member of the jury.
At the Final Tribal Council, he asked the Final Three to say why they are the "biggest kicker" as a reference to Rocky's peculiar vocabulary. He ultimately voted for Earl Cole to win the title of Sole Survivor which he did in a unanimous 9-0-0 vote.
