La Isla: El Reality[]
Ricardo managed to qualify for the Celebrities tribe and therefore enter the High Beach from the beginning, showing a great attitude of mockery towards the other tribes. From the first moment he wanted to impose himself as leader of the tribe, however his teammates agreed that it was too early to choose a leader, finally Ivonne Montero's natural leadership bothered him and in the first trial he betrayed his team by voting for her. His tribe was upset and demanded that he reveal that he had voted for Ivonne, but he preferred to hide it and even tried to convince Daniel Elbittar and El Bofo Bautista that it was Celia Lora who had voted for Ivonne.
Little by little his entire tribe was losing confidence in him both as a leader, being a weak competitor in the challenges, and as a teammate for certain acts such as hiding Ivonne's water bottle. Due to his insistence he was sent to the Captains' Challenge, in which he achieved second place and was able to keep his entire tribe. However, it was not enough for him to not be voted out in the seventh trial after a tie between him and Julia Orayen, after it was revealed that the person saved was Julia.
