Ram-Ball On is a recurring challenge in Survivor. First appearing in Survivor: Blood vs. Water, it has since reappeared in Survivor: Game Changers.
Rules
Castaways must race to balance a ball on the top of a pole while maneuvering through a series of obstacles. Along the way, they would add another section of the pole, making it harder to balance the ball as they make their way through the course. After they got past the balance beam, they would have to untie knots to get to a table, where they would place the ball on it to retrieve a key, then using the key to unlock a chest of sandbags and shoot the sandbags at a series of bamboo targets. The first castaway to finish wins.
History
The challenge was first used in Survivor: Blood vs. Water when Gervase beat out Monica to win immunity. Gervase then chose Monica and Tyson to share the ice-cream reward at camp.
This challenge reappeared as a Reward Challenge in Survivor: Game Changers. Only two members from each tribe (Tai and Brad for Mana, J.T. and Malcolm for Nuku, and Ozzy and Troyzan for Tavua) would compete in this challenge, with one traversing through the obstacle course, and the other throwing the beanbags. Nuku finished the challenge in first place. Despite Tavua holding a strong lead over Mana, Brad managed to quickly catch up to Troyzan during the beanbag throwing segment, earning second place for Mana.
