Jacques and Cobus were blindsided by Seipei's elimination, meaning the remaining Amigos had to do damage control to rationalize the decision. Rob, in particular, reassured them that Danté was still the next target, though Cobus and Jacques were annoyed that they weren't told about the plan and Rob's excuse that there wasn't enough time.
Day 27[]
Danté won reward, taking Mmaba, Mike, and Laetitia with him. Durão was sent to the Island of Secrets, where he was given the option to give up his vote at the next Tribal Council for the chance to win the next Immunity Challenge. While on reward, Danté once again tried to get numbers to take out Rob or one of his core allies. They remained on the fence but entertained the idea. Durão accepted the offer from Island of Secrets and was given a "cheat code" to memorize for the challenge. This code was put into good use as Durão managed to defeat Nicole in a hard-fought Immunity Challenge.
Day 28[]
The majority alliance's plan was to vote out Danté but convince Jacques that he is in danger in order to flush his idol and take Jacques out in the following vote. Mike, in particular, unnerved Jacques, but Jacques remained uncertain. Jacques felt that if he had an idol flushed for the second time in this game tonight, he would just be an easy target the following vote. Danté put aside his plans to target Rob and tried to get the players he was on a reward with to vote out Jacques. Mmaba was happy to do so because the bigger alliance planned to split the votes anyway. At Tribal Council, Steffi attempted to subtly criticize Jacques for not telling the rest of the Spitshake Seven about his idol, while Jacques rebutted saying what Steffi, Rob, and Nicole did to vote out Seipei behind his back was a bigger betrayal and he does not owe them anything. As the conversation heated up thanks to Danté's probing, Jacques asked Cobus if he should play his idol. Cobus assured him he was safe, and Jacques held on to his idol. When Nico tallied the votes, he revealed Durão's "NO VOTE" parchment, and Jacques' gamble paid off as Danté was voted out 5-3-1.

(voting against Jacques) Unless things so pear-shaped tonight you should be OK, but you're a fantastic backup plan because you're pretty sharp, and you've played yourself really well.
(voting against Danté) Aquaman, from the outside it looks like you've got everything to be the Sole Survivor, but inside you're full of arrogance, selfishness and disrespect. All the best, man.
(voting against Cobus) Um- the only reason I'm voting for you is, um- if you can sit pretty, then I want to sit pretty too. You are way too physical and obviously the biggest threat at this point.
(voting against Danté) Um- we've had our differences in this game, however, you fought for your life in this game very hard, and that's commendable and I respect that. Well done, brother. Um- no hard feelings.
I'm disappointed. For any reason I had to be voted out, um- being too physical for some players I think that's probably the best way out, so I'm- I'm very comfortable with the way I had to leave. I think Rob is probably a big part of it, um- seeing that he's complaining about not having food on the table, but I had an amazing experience and, um- yeah, I'll miss the island for sure.
