A member of the all-female Chapera tribe, Odile kept the tribe's spirits high with her entertainment ideas. When Catherine Ehret-Mader, Nathalie Lapicque, and Vicky Lemarié stood against Linda Alario, SL, and Sophie Eeckhout due to their teasing and criticizing of Catherine, the former trio managed to recruit Amélie Grégoire and Odile in a majority voting bloc against the latter trio, which soon resulted in Sophie's elimination.

On Day 8, the Chapera tribe sent Linda and their two scouts, SL and Catherine, to what they thought was going to be a challenge for reward, but it turned out to be a tribe switch. As a result, they were reassigned to the Mogo tribe and their representatives, Raphaël Andrès, Romuald Lafite, and Alban Mbossoro were reassigned to the Chapera tribe. On their end, the Chapera women were happy to have men on their tribe and the tribe got along very well, but Nathalie was annoyed because Raphaël had taken over her leadership role in the tribe and became negative. Amongst the men, Odile bonded the most with Raphaël and agreed with him about Romuald being lazy. After they eliminated Vicky on Day 13 due to her depleted morale, some of the Chapera tribe members, including Odile, pondered over whether Nathalie was being so negative on purpose to influence her tribemates into wanting to go home. Nathalie finally managed to bond better with her tribemates during the sixth cycle, but it was still too late for her to salvage her game because she was eliminated during the corresponding elimination as her tribemates were still annoyed with her.

At the merged tribe's first elimination, Odile joined the majority of the second Chapera tribe members and Catherine in voting out Guillaume Brauer, who had received the Ambassadors' vote earlier in the cycle. Over the next few days, many of the contestants became ill, with Odile being one of the more serious cases. Many of the second Chapera tribe members blamed their sickness on eating the moray eel that Raphaël had caught earlier, but the minority alliance of Linda, Philippe Bordier, and Sophie used this to their advantage and convinced Raphaël that his allies were being ungrateful of him. Despite this, Raphaël didn't budge from his alliance that now included Catherine as an affiliate and Linda was voted out next. During the night after the next Reward Challenge, Odile fell ill some more and was evacuated, missing out on the Immunity Challenge the next day. She was permanently evacuated on Day 26 due to being deemed to weak to continue, allowing for Linda to return to the game in her place with immunity at the upcoming elimination.

At the Final Tribal Council, Odile voted for Philippe, who won in a unanimous 7-0 vote.
