Neil Voller is a contestant from Survivor South Africa: Philippines.
At the outset of the game, Neil stood out as Luzon's leader, a position that he was later informally bestowed at his tribe's second Tribal Council. Shortly thereafter at the same Tribal Council, Ace Chetty flipped on Neil's alliance, and he became the first person in Survivor South Africa to be eliminated by the rock draw tiebreaker.

NEIL (55) HR Executive from Johannesburg
Neil is the oldest castaway on the series but certainly doesn't look it. This fitness freak and grandfather describes himself as a Comrades-running, Duzi-padding, Midmar-swimming, bungee-jumping, mountain-biking family man and teacher. With his extensive background in Human Resources, Neil has no problem taking charge and making decisions when others may be reluctant to stand out in the social game. What will Neil miss the most when on the island? His bed... and an ice cold beer![1]

^1 In Episode 2, the vote ended with a 4-4 tie between Annalize and Josie, forcing a revote. Nobody changed their vote on the revote, forcing a rock-drawing tiebreaker. Neil drew the odd-colored rock, eliminating him from the game.
