Nate Moore is a contestant from Survivor 49.
Despite initially struggling to connect to his younger Uli tribemates, Nate soon found himself the de facto leader of the tribe's majority alliance. Though his alliance held tight control over the first half of the game, they unknowingly became the minority after the merge. Identified as the least likely of his alliance to have a Hidden Immunity Idol or advantage, Nate was promptly blindsided at the final eleven.

3 Words to Describe You: Joyful, Intelligent, Crafty
Why do you want to be part of Survivor?: Because it's a way to test your limits physically and psychologically and see how you navigate other people in suboptimal living conditions. It also just looks like a blast to play and has since I watched season 1 in the basement of a frat house.
What's one life experience you feel has prepared you for the game?: I've worked on a number of film sets so I'm used to trying to build consensus on what we need to achieve, community from all walks of life and finding the fun in even the most challenging scenarios.
Which previous player do you identify with the most? Who do you think you will play most like?: Earl Cole from Survivor: Fiji. A low-key winner who led without being pushy, protected those in his alliance and I believe was the first unanimous winner in the history of the show.
What will you value in an alliance partner? Someone who is loyal, good at deception but takes no pleasure in deceiving our tribe mates. It's a game that requires lying but we all don't have to be sociopaths about it. Compassion, connection to God, cares about others, genuine.
Favorite hobbies: Watching movies, running, playing basketball, tennis, watching live music, traveling and playing guitar.
Pet Peeves: People who manage up and treat those in lower status in a given situation poorly. People who avoid confrontation. Swifties (Just kidding!)
What is something we would never know from looking at you? I love hard rock music and can still get down in a mosh pit.
Who is your biggest inspiration and why? Being a father to my two beautiful daughters and a good husband to my wife. My family is more important than any external accomplishment.
Why will you be the Sole Survivor? Because I don't seem like a big threat, I'm old and I like to laugh and I genuinely like people, so I think my tribe will underestimate me long enough to snuff all their torches and have a laugh afterwards.[1]
