The Nakúm Alliance is the majority alliance of the post-switch Nakúm tribe and the merged Xhakúm tribe in Survivor: Guatemala.
The alliance's numbers' advantage allowed its members to easily dominate the early merge against the minority Yaxhá Alliance. However, its members cannibalized themselves prematurely, granting eventual Sole Survivor Danni Boatwright the inroads to integrate with the alliance and maneuver herself to victory.
