Bocas del Toro[]
In Bocas del Toro, Moundir was a member of the Boro tribe and came into the game wanting to find love. He tried flirting with Alexandra Denikine early on, but she rejected his advances. When she was bitten by chitras, she felt like she couldn't tolerate them and cried, which prompted medics to treat her on the spot. Moundir thought that she was overreacting and later singled her out as the reason why the tribe lost the first Immunity Challenge. Most of the tribe thought that Moundir was being too harsh on Alexandra as they believed that the tribe lost due to a poor strategy. At the first elimination, Alexandra was eliminated via permanent evacuation and Moundir voted with the majority against Richard for his lack of affinity with the tribe's members. Moundir also flirted with Linda Penard a little and developed a friendship with Sylvie Rivoal, but the former brushed him off and he began to see her as a nasty person. When the Boro tribe won a pig in a Reward Challenge, Moundir refused to eat it for religious reasons.
On the eleventh night, Moundir argued with Linda about her attitude towards Sylvie, but things escalated when Moundir mentioned Linda's husband. He violently entered the tent that Hélène Patry and Linda were laying down in and taunted Linda. Linda was scared due to Moundir's aggressive tone and demeanour and Hélène believed that Moundir would've hit Linda if there weren't any cameras around. Moundir was sanctioned by production to sleep separately from his tribemates that night for his behaviour. Upon returning to camp after their tribe lost the fourth Immunity Challenge, Hélène accused Moundir of playing "only for the money." Moundir angrily asked Hélène who told her that, to which Linda responded that he did himself. Antoine Sanchez, Moundir's closest ally, tried to calm down the situation and clear any confusion by testifying that Moundir said that he wanted to use the money to help pay off his mother's debts if he won, but it was too late as Moundir threatened Linda and stormed around in a rage. To their discomfort, the Machiga tribe could hear Moundir's loud outburst in the distance. Due to this incident, Moundir's encounter with Hélène and Linda in their tent, and his outburst earlier when the Machiga tribe was pillaging the Boro tribe's camp as reward for winning the previous Reward Challenge, the show's psychologist consulted him, he was warned by production, and Linda threatened to file a complaint against him if this behaviour didn't change. At elimination, Moundir received votes from Hélène and Linda due to his recent behaviour, but Linda was ultimately voted out due to her actions at the corresponding Immunity Challenge and due to her combative character. On Day 20, the Boro tribe won the sixth Reward Challenge and was rewarded with letters from home and chocolate. Sylvie's revelations about her husband as she was reading her letter, her admission that she values the chocolate more than she values her letter, and her obsession with the tribe's shortage of food in general all rubbed Moundir the wrong way and, as a result, they were no longer close. When Moundir wanted Sylvie eliminated after the Boro tribe lost the seventh Immunity Challenge, he received the unanimous support from his tribemates because of his affiliations and challenge prowess.
When the two tribes merged, Moussa Niangane, an original Machiga tribe member, immediately informed the original Boro tribe members that he is willing to flip on his original tribemates and developed a close bond with Moundir. At the first merge elimination, Sébastien Loew was voted out by Moussa and the original Boro tribe members. Though Delphine Bano and Isabelle Seguin had already contemplated over this during the Ambassadors' Meeting before the merge and had not gone far with it, the possibility of a female alliance between Delphine, Valérie Dot, Isabelle, and Hélène was revived at the Final Seven. Knowing this, Moussa, in a cool and calm manner, and Moundir, in a panicking and forceful manner, gave arguments to Delphine and Hélène as for why they should continue working with the three males and stick to the original plan. They succeeded and the five voted out Valérie at the merged tribe's second elimination.
By the time there were six contestants remaining, although the tribe was appreciative of Antoine's strong worth ethic, they had plans to vote him out at the next elimination because they were annoyed by some of his antics, such as his complaining when his fishing excursions were less fruitful and his patronization of the female contestants when it came to some of the tasks around camp, and because of allegations that Antoine had made bigoted remarks concerning Moussa and Moundir. Concerning Moundir, Delphine and Hélène claimed that, earlier in the competition, after Moundir had asked Antoine not to cook the pig in the wok because he would no longer be able to use the wok for religious reasons if the latter did so, Antoine had commented behind Moundir's back that Muslims were violent thieves. Hélène and Moundir had given their word to Antoine earlier in the game that they wouldn't vote against him, but they were fully aware that Delphine, Moussa, and Isabelle were voting against Antoine and supported it. Therefore, Antoine was voted out in a 3-2-1 vote, but was not eliminated from the game and was instead exiled for 48 hours where he missed out on the next reward and Immunity Challenges. This occurred because Philippe was permanently evacuated due to an infection on Day 14 and Linda refused to return to the game in Philippe's place due to the tension between her and Moundir. When Antoine returned to camp, Moundir had a one-on-one conversation with him and asked him if what Delphine and Hélène had said was true. Antoine responded that he did comment that he finds it stupid that Moundir's religion prevents him from eating pork when there is little other food around, but that he had never said what Delphine and Hélène had claimed he said. At the next elimination, discussions about rumours of Antoine's bigoted remarks were settled for good and the three males voted out Hélène due to her challenge prowess and due to her and Delphine's exaggeration of what Antoine had said about Moundir's religion earlier in the season. At the Final Five, feeling that any pact between the two of them was now over, Antoine joined Delphine and Isabelle in voting out Moundir because they felt that he would be hard to compete against in the finale and because they felt that he did not deserve to make it any further.

^1 Due to the high amounts of evacuations and quits during the season, the Tribal Council on Day 31 ended up with the person receiving the most votes being exiled for 48 hours.
Le Retour des Héros[]
For the first portion of the opening sudden death challenge, Moundir was paired up with Jade Handi. Jade and Moundir were the first pair to finish and, therefore, were safe. After the eliminations of Amel Fatnassi and Jean-Bernard Hauton-Arnaud, Jade and Moundir were assigned to the Tupan and Jacaré tribes, respectively. Moundir formed a close bond with Christelle Gauzet and he was appreciated by his tribemates for his decent performance in the first reward and Immunity Challenge.
However, everything went downhill for Moundir during the second cycle. In the draw just before the second Reward Challenge, which the Jacaré tribe lost, Moundir drew the odd rock and had to sit out of the challenge, much to his frustration. At camp, Christelle unintentionally stirred the pot by making a comment about an alliance between Philippe Bordier and romantic couple François-David Cardonnel and Émilie Frahi forming based on the trio swimming together. When Christelle noticed this alliance attempting to recruit Clémence Castel as a fourth member, she cried in isolation because she knew that either she or Moundir would be voted out should the tribe lose an Immunity Challenge. Seeing Christelle in distress and believing that Émilie was to blame for it, Moundir called out Émilie as the weakest link of the tribe in front of everybody and told François-David that he needed to keep his girlfriend in control. This last comment directed at François-David angered the romantic couple, who told Moundir that he shouldn't talk about Émilie like she is an animal. Soon after this, Moundir went back to his old aggressive ways as he entered a heated argument with Philippe, with both of them criticizing one another for hypocritical gameplay and Philippe arguing that Christelle and Moundir were the ones who isolated themselves from everyone else. When Philippe commented that he knew that Moundir would be problematic for the Jacaré tribe, Moundir stormed off with the intention of quitting the game. Though his tribemates believed that he had done so going into the second Immunity Challenge, Denis Brogniart revealed to them that Moundir had changed his mind and Moundir rejoined them wearing a camouflage buff instead of a red one.
After the Jacaré tribe lost the second Immunity Challenge, Denis Brogniart revealed to them that Tribal Council would be taking place right there and then. The majority alliance voted out Moundir in order to restore peace in the tribe and Moundir insisted that he turn towards his former tribemates as his torch was being snuffed. After a few more verbal exchanges between Philippe and Moundir on the latter's way out, Moundir approached Philippe to assault him, which he likely would have done had Denis Brogniart and François-David not intervened.

La Nouvelle Édition[]
After the opening challenge, Denis Brogniart revealed to the eleven active contestants that they would be starting off the game individually rather than in tribes. With there being more women than men, Isabelle Da Silva formed an alliance with the five other women and they agreed to vote off either Phil Bizet or Philippe Duron at the first Tribal Council. However, Florence Delbarre Reuter and Laurence Pizzocchia were hesitant to follow through on this plan due to their prior ties to Laurent Maistret and Philippe, respectively. The pair informed the men and, in turn, the men formed a counter-alliance and promised Florence and Laurence safety if they join them, which they did. The group originally planned to vote against Sandra Acabado at Tribal Council for not contributing as much around camp, but with the threat of her Hidden Immunity Necklace looming, they voted out ringleader Isabelle instead and left the rest of her alliance blindsided. The next cycle, Freddy Boucher and Teheiura Teahui entered the game, bringing with them fire that they had started during their long trek in the first cycle. With the pair picking their respective tribemates, Moundir was selected by Teheiura to be a part of the Tengah tribe. Before the merge, the Simban and Tengah tribes selected Phil and Moundir, respectively, to visit their opposition's camp as emissaries. At the Simban tribe's camp, Moundir told Freddy that Teheiura volunteered to be the Tengah tribe's Ambassador. Meanwhile, with all of the contestants being involved in a cross-tribal alliance except for Freddy and Christina Chevry, Moundir told Martin Bazin and Philippe the truth, which was that Florence had volunteered for the role instead of Teheiura, and that he lied to Freddy in order to provoke him into volunteering himself due to his ego. With Phil being filled in on Moundir's bluff on his end by the other Tengah tribe members, the plan worked and Freddy became the Simban tribe's Ambassador opposite Florence. At the Ambassadors' Meeting, Freddy and Florence failed to convince one another to turn on one of their respective allies and, after the consequential rock draw, Florence was eliminated from the game. With the merged tribe consisting of an alliance of six and outsiders Freddy and Christina, Moundir had an easy path to the Final Six. At the Final Five, Laurent sensed that he was in danger of being voted out due to his challenge prowess, so he and Martin successfully convinced Phil to join them in voting out Philippe, who had already won Koh-Lanta before. Having made it to the finale, Moundir was eliminated at the Final Four after losing the Orienteering challenge.
