Hello. I was taking a look at the David vs. Goliath page when I noticed a couple of issues in the voting table with the numbers in the "notes" section not aligning properly. I attempted to edit the table, but I could not figure out how. Could you let me know how to or edit it yourself? Thanks.
Edit: To clarify, the error starts at 6 which is repeated twice in the list but not represented that way in the table.
Mostly things like Infoboxes. I run a game and have a wiki for that game, and was trying to learn so I can make my wiki look more like the real thing. The infoboxes are a little tricky however because when I look at the source for the Survivor Wiki, they have separate pages for the Photos and link them in the source so they get tabs on the top of the infobox?
Go to the Source Editor, and where it says "image =" type "tabber" (put the tabber inside these <>). Then type in a title for the tab and follow it with "=", then the file code for the image you want. After that, type in "|-|[Tab title]=" followed by the next image, and so on until you have all the tabs you need. Close off the code with "/tabber" (in between <>).
I Just noticed that you had deleted the summary, I wrote up for Lauren' O Connell, I want you to understand that I've never seen any full episodes before on Survivor because i don't have Cable TV. I wanted to write this summary for Lauren's page because NO ONE had done it prior, plus Lauren was my favorite contestant on that season. I was only able to gather the information to build the summary thanks to reading what occurred in each episode and watching the events of each and every immunity and reward challenge on Youtube. I spent about 3 hours putting that summary together. I'm sorry if it came out bolded, I tried fixing it, but it wouldn't work. This will be the only time I'm ever going to write a summary for a contestant, If you can, can you or someone else fix that problem which is Lauren having a bio summary of what happened that season, Thank you
And if you have any Questions for me please feel free to each out to me.
You could at least read my edit summary and realize that your summary was exceedingly long compared to other contestant summaries. In addition, the summary contained several grammatical errors. I appreciate the enthusiasm to help out, but please read our Manual of Style to understand what the standards are for writing, and please read other contestant summaries to get a better sense of what they’re supposed to look like.
Contestant summaries are typically 1-5 paragraphs long depending on how far a contestant goes in their season. However, we NEVER allow summaries to go on for as long as you wrote. If someone comes along and writes a better summary, take notes.
