Mario Picazo is a Spanish weatherman and former TV personality. Coming to fame as the weather presenter on Informativos Telecinco from the mid-1990s until 2014, he became popular for his authoritative presentation and amicable personality. He was the presenter of the weekly summaries of Supervivientes from 2007 until 2009, along with Jesús Vázquez.

Mario was the co-presenter of the 2007 series of the show yet was forced to sit out a large part of the 2008 series after contracting typhoid fever. Producers replaced him for most of the series with Óscar Martínez, yet Mario returned near the end of the series.[1] Mario left the show after the 2009 series, replaced by Eva González.
In 2015, Mario said he would not want to return to the show, saying it had become much more of a reality show than a show about actually surviving.[2] Nonetheless, on 7 April 2024 he returned to promote his upcoming programme Tiempo al tiempo on an edition of the Sunday night broadcast Conexión Honduras and reflected on how much the show had changed.
