Koh-Lanta[]
Manon was selected by Christophe Pendon to be a part of the Lankawaï tribe. The Lankawaï tribe got off to a poor start, losing the first three challenges, but Manon herself was considered one of the strongest competitors amongst her tribemates. Before the second Reward Challenge, both tribes had to select a female and a male of their opposition to be banished until further notice. Thanks to this twist, the Lankawaï tribe lost Manon and Sébastien Ballesteros for the time being, leaving them with seven active members. On Exile Island, the four banished contestants endured stricter conditions for the remainder of the cycle and, to make matters worse, Manon and Jessica Potel were stung by wasps upon arrival. Near the end of the cycle, the banished contestants received a message instructing them to prepare for a "fateful" challenge, which prompted them to fear that it would be an elimination challenge. At the beginning of the third cycle, Manon and Sébastien competed against Cédric Giosserand-Lucas and Jessica in said challenge. To their relief, no one was eliminated from this challenge as they had feared. However, Manon and Sébastien won this challenge and became captains of the new Tinggi and Lankawaï tribes, respectively, in consequence. At the end of the selection process, the new Tinggi tribe consisted of four original Lankawaï tribe members and five original Tinggi tribe members. Though this meant that Manon was now in the minority, she was never considered for elimination due to how well-rounded she was and her allies caught a break in the third cycle when the entire tribe turned on Benoît Jorion-Fahy for strategizing too much. Before the fourth Reward Challenge, Manon showed signs of sickness and she was thus temporarily evacuated from the game. Towards the end of the cycle, the medics cleared Manon to return to the game, but she shockingly decided to quit. In a letter addressed to her tribemates, Manon wished them well and stated that she quit because she neither had the courage nor the mental strength to continue her adventure.
