Challenge: Born to Rung
Castaways must retrieve rope rungs which they must then use to create a rope ladder. On the second level of the tower, they must maneuver a bag of balls on a ladder puzzle and climb up to the top level. Once at the top, they must land two balls on a table maze. The first person to land both of their balls wins.
Reward: Steak dinner with salad and vegetarian options
Winner: Dean Kowalski (shared with Noura Salman)
Challenge: You Shook Me
The castaways must stack letter blocks on a wobbly platform. The first person to spell "Island of the Idols" without any upside-down letters and lock in their mechanism wins.

- The title of this episode is said by Dean Kowalski when he was showing off all the advantages he had obtained, in addition to the Immunity Necklace he won at the final five Reward/Immunity Challenge.
- The final five Reward/Immunity Challenge, Born to Rung, is named after the Bruce Springsteen song "Born to Run".
- This marks the first time since "Gouge My Eyes Out" where a Hidden Immunity Idol expired unused because its holder was immune at the last time it could be played.
- With Dean Kowalski and Tommy Sheehan reaching the Final Three, this marks the first time in the entire game that the men outnumber the women in the game.
