These are episodes 5 through 8 from La Isla 2017: El Reality.
Story
Day 5
“ | I honestly think that Silverio will come back, I think so, but he has to change his attitude. I see Silverio very defeated and pessimistic, he's sabotaging himself. | ” |
The Banda tribe is glad to have Silverio Dionicio back after the Deathly Duel. Silverio informs that Andrea gave everything she got, but wasn't enough to defeat him.
“ | I've felt like I hadn't contributed to the team enough, and now, after the Duel, I'm morally better. It's like a second chance to keep battling. | ” |
On Medium Beach, the Godínez tribe set out to find some food so they can eat more, and the women start cooking more. They find some cockroaches and sea snails.
“ | We want to start eating more. We've eaten very little and we've played like champions! I honestly don't know where the strength comes from. All of us were dying to be on La Isla, and we show it. | ” |
On Low Beach, the Pudientes tribe doesn't believe in Andrea Escalona, and they don't think she's coming back. Ayra Antaramian seems to be having some neck problems. Before they leave, Juan Carlos Vergara and Facundo Gómez place a sign on their hut that says: Welcome to the Pudientes mansion. Isidro Ovejas says that they were able to find more food and that they feel "like new".
“ | We're even better than before, because we could eat a bit better, and also create a little fire and we had more stuff. So, today we felt very strong, and willing to meet another beach. | ” |
At the Territorial Challenge, the Banda tribe gets an early lead, while the Pudientes tribe leads over the Godínez tribe. It doesn't matter since all three teams catch up, and the blue team manages to complete the puzzle first, while the green team comes in second, sending the orange team back to Low Beach. Once all tribes arrive to the beach, Fernanda de la Mora and Juan Carlos feel guilty of their loss, since they were one piece away from winning. The Banda tribe feels confident and says that they will never leave High Beach. On Medium Beach, the Godínez tribe feels unsatisfied, but happy with their result, since they aren't on Low Beach.
Day 6
The contestants at Low Beach left hidden some food and resources they'd found earlier, in case they would come back to the beach. Facundo, Miguel Nassar, Juan Carlos and Isidro go to dig them up while Ayra and Fernanda stay on the hut. Nassar found a small wooden base for a possible bed. Facundo sings a song to help keep some harmony on his tribe. Both Gabriela Quevedo from Banda and Aristeo Cázares from Godínez consider the Pudientes tribe to be weak. Aristeo feels confident in himself and in his tribemates, Carmen Pino and Sebastián Pastrana. Ayra, Nassar and Juan Carlos from Pudientes, Adrián Arrieta, Miguel Montaño and Laura Duque from Banda and Aristeo, Carmen and Sebastián from Godínez arrive to the challenge venue. The green team had a big lead, and the orange team gave up since they were very behind on the challenge.
Day 7
Once Carmen, Aristeo and Sebastián arrive to Medium Beach, they inform the tribe that they won, and the tribe is excited to have the advantage, and to give the punishment to the blue team.
“ | Honestly, we had an excellent performance, we made an excellent team. Kudos to Carmen, she had to run to get every box, do everything that we men were alternating. She's one of the few women that I know that has an incredible endurance skill. | ” |
When Adrián, Miguel and Laura arrive to High Beach, they inform that they were second on the challenge, and they said that the orang team is breaking up, and that they forfeited the challenge.
“ | They arrived and they told us that they were on second place. It's well recieved, because our tribemates gave it their all, they were so close, and I like that. | ” |
–Luis |
Nassar, Ayra and Juan Carlos arrive to Low Beach, and they say that they lost, but the team doesn't care. They say they found a bunch of coconuts, calling it a "coquiza".
“ | I'm pissed because I got very frustrated in the challenge, since for the most part I couldn't participate in the challenge, or at least put my 2 cents into it. I was waiting for Nassar to come back. It pisses me off that we lost that way. | ” |
At the Immunity Challenge, Fernanda hurt her neck but came back to play a couple more rounds. The Banda tribe was behind thanks to the advantage, so they helped the Pudientes tribe to tie against the Godínez tribe, but it couldn't be helped, since the Godínez tribe won on the tiebreaker round.
Day 8
Gabriela feels disappointed that they couldn't put up a fight against the Godínez tribe. Adrián thinks that a woman should be nominated, and this pisses off both Yuriko and Gabriela, and Yuriko says that he can't stand a misogynistic man. The tribe also thinks that the orange team is going to save Laura, since she is the weakest of the tribe. Antonieta Serdán thinks that Fernanda faked her neck injury to get some food and drinks from production. The entire Pudientes tribe is sad and angry at themselves, since they want to win something, but they can't. Nassar feels in trouble since he's been the weakest performer of their tribe. At the Trial, the Pudientes tribe nominates Ayra, but is saved by the opposing tribe. Ayra says that the team does not care about her opinion, and Fernanda says otherwise. But Ayra nominates Nassar since she considers him the weakest guy on her tribe. The Banda tribe nominates Silverio, but is also saved by the opposing tribe, and nominates Laura, for revenge.
