Koh-Lanta: Le Choc des Héros is the second special season of Koh-Lanta, and the eleventh season overall. It was broadcast on TF1 from March 23 to May 21, 2010, with each episode airing at 6:55 p.m.

Grégoire Delachaux defeated Freddy Boucher in a 6-2 jury vote to become the Sole Survivor.

Production

This season took place on the island of Poum within New Caledonia.

Twists

• Reduced Cast: Unlike all previous seasons, each of which initially featured 16 castaways, this season initially featured 12.
• Newbies vs. Veterans: This season's initial cast consisted of a tribe of six former castaways competing against a tribe of six famous French athletes.
• New Tribe Members: On Day 4, former castaway Mohamed Derradji and athlete Taïg Khris entered the game.
• Final Five: Instead of occurring at the final four, the standard orienteering challenge occurred at the final five, with the two losers being eliminated.
