Rafael Ponfilio Acosta Ángeles, more commonly called "Juanito", is a contestant from La Isla 2012: El Reality.
Known for his incredible resiliency despite his age, Juanito was beloved by his Famosos Tribe. However, the age got the best of him, as his proneness to injury and poor challenge prowess led him to be the second person voted out.

La Isla: El Reality[]
Juanito, thanks to a random draw, started in the Famosos Tribe. Due to this, he and his tribe spent the first week in Medium Beach. They were unsuccessful in winning the first week's Immunity Challenge, but beat the Celebridades Tribe in the Final Challenge, thus being saved from potential elimination. He was very clearly the weakest member of his tribe and, after once again losing the Immunity Challenge, his tribe had to once again face the Celebridades. Amidst many injuries in that competition, Juanito's was probably the most severe, suffering a heart attack while competing. His tribe ended up losing, and they had to face the Trial for the first time in the season. Juanito offered himself to be sacrificed and, even though tribemate Rafa Mercadante was against this, everyone ended up voting for him at the Trial. The Judges for the week, the Desconocidos tribe, opted to save Julia Orayen, thus eliminating him from the competition.
