Survivor Québec[]
Johannie was placed on the Tiyaga tribe. Johannie stood out as the sole Acadian on an otherwise completely Quebecois cast of players and was proud to represent her home. She was well liked by her tribemates, but she was not included in the majority alliance led by Christophe Tiffet, though this would not be an immediate issue for her because the Tiyaga tribe won multiple challenges. When the Tiyaga tribe lost the fourth Immunity Challenge, Isabelle Gagnon became the main target for elimination for her perception as a weaker challenge performer. In order to feign loyalty to the majority alliance, Johannie agreed to receive a few votes against herself as part of a split vote plan, though she had every intention of flipping on them alongside her closest ally Joël Dandurand come a tribe switch. The vote went as planned and Isabelle was voted out.
Later on, the Tiyaga tribe lost the sixth Immunity Challenge and, feeling homesick, Johannie expressed her desire to leave the game. Before Tribal Council, Joël, whom everyone correctly assumed had a Hidden Immunity Idol, approached Johannie and asked her to take part in one more scheme before leaving, to which she agreed. Joël gave Johannie the clue to his Hidden Immunity Idol and asked her to present it at Tribal Council in order to get everyone else to think that he had not gone far in his search. At Tribal Council, Johannie played this part, returned the clue to Joël in front of everyone to encourage cooperation with him, and quit the game without a vote taking place.
