  • Jenn appeared in the 2007 movie, Daddy Day Camp, as Mrs. Simmons.[2]
  • On January 9, 2010, despite her health, Jenn was able to attend Survivor's 10-year anniversary party.

  • On January 19, 2010, 10 days after attending the anniversary party, Jenn passed away from breast cancer, which had come back from remission and had metastasized to the bone. She was thus the first cast member of Survivor to pass away.[3] The special Surviving Survivor, which aired Thursday, February 4, 2010, just over two weeks after her passing, was dedicated to her memory. At the Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains live Reunion Show, Lyon was further remembered, showing a montage of Jenn's Survivor experience. She is the first of six deceased former Survivor contestants, the others being B.B. Andersen (2013), Caleb Bankston (2014), Dan Kay (2016), Ashley Massaro (2019), and Rudy Boesch (2019).
