Jeanne Michel is a contestant from Survivor South Africa: Philippines.
Headstrong and lacking any filter, Jeanne started the game on the Mindanao tribe, where she held false confidence in her supposed women's alliance and was oblivious to her position on the bottom of the tribe. However, she managed to link up with Werner Joubert and became a core member of his Luzon Alliance, which seized control after the merge. Jeanne toned down her strategic activity and fell in line as one of Werner's numbers until the final four, when she leveraged her surprise immunity win to vote Werner out. She then won the Final Immunity Challenge and held the power to eliminate one of the jurors. In what would prove to be a fatal error, Jeanne chose to take Tom Swartz to the Final Two and removed Werner from the jury. After a dismal Final Tribal Council performance where she chalked her success in the game to sheer luck, Jeanne lost the season to Tom in a landslide 6-1 jury vote.

Jeanne is a self-confessed "class clown" and Survivor super fan who lists watching the show as one of her passions. She believes that being a student of the game is going to be her biggest strength in the series, as well as the fact that she practiced how to make fire with a flint before heading to the island. Jeanne admits that she is very opinionated and one of her weaknesses could be her inability to hold her tongue, especially when provoked.[1]
