Jackie Glazier is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Champions v Contenders (2018) and Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villains.
In Champions v Contenders (2018), Jackie's untrustworthiness caused her to be on the outs early. However, Russell Hantz's elimination allowed her to spearhead Damien Thomlinson's ouster. Eventually, she formed an alliance with Brian Lake and was able to secure a safe spot within the tribe. However, after attempting to control the Champions tribe after the tribe switch, her former Champion tribemates felt that newcomers Tegan Gasior and Shonee Fairfax were far more trustworthy than Jackie, and Jackie was sent home in a 4-2-1-1 blindside.
Jackie returned in Heroes v Villains as a member of the Villains. There, she bonded with fellow returnee George Mladenov and newcomer Anjali Rao. However, Jackie fractured her collarbone during the first Immunity Challenge and was evacuated without ever attending Tribal Council.

There are some professions that can make castaways nervous and being a poker player is definitely one of them. Which is why World Series Poker player, Jackie is going in with some tricks up her sleeve.
"I am keeping my cards close to my chest as they say. I won't be telling them that I've won multiple poker tournaments and travel the world playing the game. I'm going to go into this game pretending to be one of Australia's top female speedcubers."
A Survivor fan, Jackie has admired the players and the game for many years but missing out on her creature comforts like coffee and a comfortable bed has kept her away.
"I have always watched Survivor and while I have loved the game play and strategies, I never applied. I never thought I'd be able to live without my basic amenities but here I am.
"When I heard it was Champions versus Contenders, I knew that there was no way I could miss out and would always live with the regret if I didn't."
Married since she was 19, Jackie and her husband spend most of the year overseas where she plays in poker series. She has participated in prestigious tournaments since 2008 and has earned nearly $1.5 million in live tournament poker.
And in the name of Australian Survivor, Jackie knows that she has to use all the skills she has to play hard and to do so sometimes means playing dirty.
"In real life, my word means everything. This is a game and I will be playing to win. I hope I come across some great players so I can really give it my best shot."[1]
Australia's most successful female poker player, Jackie is returning to Survivor with a new attitude and experience to back her. She says, "Last time being on a Champions tribe, with a lot of athletes, all they cared about was winning challenges and that's not me. I'm here to play the full game of Survivor, I understand the challenges are part of it but it's the game play back at camp that I really want that whole experience this time."
After appearing on Australian Survivor: Champions v Contenders, Jackie has moved to Queensland with her husband and childhood sweetheart who has helped get her ready to return to Survivor saying, "I'm extremely lucky to be married to a mental performance coach, so we've worked a lot on the mental game of poker so I'm using those skills here as well.
Jackie is excited to embrace the Villain side of herself and knows that playing with a team of them will be very different to what she experienced the first time around. As a huge fan of the game, she also knows the types of players she'll be drawn to and the ones to avoid.
She says, "I'm going to be staying away from those chaotic, kind of volatile players. I think early on I need to surround myself with people I can somewhat trust and that's the way I'm going to be playing this game, look for those connections early and hopefully they'll get me through to merge and then I re-adjust as needed."[2]Australian Survivor[]
