Jacaré is the merged tribe of Jaburu and Tambaqui from Survivor: The Amazon. Their tribe color is red.
Jacaré became the first merged tribe to lack an established power structure as members of both starting tribes were eliminated back-and-forth with little care for pre-merge allegiances. Tribe dynamics came to be controlled by Rob Cesternino, who strategically flipped between alliances to further himself in the game.

- Jacaré is the first tribe to have an accented character in its name.
- Jacaré is the first merged tribe to form before Day 20.
- It is the second merged tribe to not form on Day 20, following Chuay Jai, which formed on Day 25.
- Jacaré is the second merged tribe, following Barramundi, to be located at a new camp instead of moving to one of the former tribe camps. They would be followed by Murlonio.
- In a special season of the French version, Koh-Lanta: Le Retour des Héros, a starting tribe was also named Jacaré.
